so here he is, my version of the real Loki Laufeyjarson! what do you think about him?he is quite wild and fierce there, I’ve decided to draw him getting ready for the Ragnarök, just after being freed from his chains.
the sword he is holding is Lævateinn, that he forged himself with runes and he has scars from the time his lips were sewed together.
his hair is red as it should be, and the general colors have to remind of fire, as he is the god of fire, other than the god of mischief and lies.

IMPORTANT
this is MY interpretation of Norse Mythology, and even if I'm trying to stick as much as I can to the Edda, I DO NOT WISH FOR IT TO BE A FAITHFUL DEPICTION!
so if you feel offended because the hair color of a god is not the one you always imagined it to be, because the relationship between two divine beings is slightly different than the one you find in myths or things like that PLEASE KEEP YOUR OPINIONS TO YOURSELF.
still I'm open to civil interactions with people willing to show me different versions of the myths I know or willing to share their personal views on some passages of the Edda or on the imaginary surrounding some deities, every mature person is more than welcomed to discuss with me on those matters.

yeah, my sister gave me as a present the translation of all the Edda and some other books on Norse mythology a couple of months ago, so I really wanted to do something myth-wise!

Details make the picture in most cases. The Edda is such a great book! The Kalevala is also a good read and can be very inspirational! ^^

It's a wonderful collection of Finnish poetry. Unlike most other epic poetry it actually has a nice rhythem to it. It's similar to norse mythology only it's based around magic and nature instead of gods and warfare ^^

Hahahahaha!! I like it a bit better than the Edda, it's a bit easier to read. Not that the Edda is difficult, but the Kalevala is presented in a "smoother" way, if you get what I mean.^^ If you're Wiccan then it's right up your ally! Awesome! I hope you enjoy it^^ I would recommend reading the poem about Otso the bear, it's my favorite poem in the Kalevala maybe you'll like it too

no no, that was just... pressure for the competition, in a fandom with people like Phobos or Avali I feel it a lot, but is' because I'm an idiot OTL
drawing personal interpretations, OCs, other stuff, it only helps never getting bored of a fandom, because if you do everything all together and stick to one fandom only, then boredom will come!
for example, now I'm in like 5 different fandoms, and even if the main is Thor's, I leave myself open to everything else
