Description
Inspiration from another art book I got from the library, this time filled with pictures by N.C. Wyeth and the Brandywine Artists. As soon as I saw Wyeth's "Fight in the Foretop," I knew I had to make a clone trooper version of it. I tried something different and made some very sloppy sketches in pencil before inking everything, then going in to erase the pencil and touching the picture up with some Faber-Castell grey markers (the end product is edited--I gave the grey markers a blue tinge in photoshop). I'm pretty happy with the end result, though the weird angles for the helmets took a bit of research and time to get right...Clone Troopers©Lucasfilm Ltd.
