Description I watched 'The Artist' (again) with my mom and sis (this was their first time), and I got some mightily heavy 1920s art vibes from it.Β  Hence Dapper Tuxedo Man and an attempt at a 1920s stylized caricature of a flapper.

I really enjoyed that film- it was so clever! Plus I love anything 1920s and this is fantastic! I particularly like the slicked back hair on Tuxedo Man, he reminds me a bit of something out of Jeeves and Wooster. I love the glittery dress on the flapper at the back too!

Hehe, it's one of my favorite decades too (although the 1900s is my absolute fave )!

He might be an unfortunate friend Bertie tried to "help."

Thank you!Β  I love all the 1920s art deco dresses!

The Artist was so good! I should watch it again. Definitely not one you can watch while multi-tasking, unfortunately, which is usually how I re-watch things.

Love the poses on these characters and the shine on that flapper!

Wasn't it, though?!Β  Yeah, my sister does the same thing, so I had to tell her she couldn't have any electronic devices in front of her while watching it, or else she'd miss something important!

Thank you!

Thanks!Β  I like practicing clothes by studying how artists like Sargent, Leyendecker, Rockwell, and Boldini went about it (especially Sargent and Leyendecker!).

I've just realized your style of art would be PERFECT for Jeeves & Wooster XD
