FULL VIEW PLEASE.FINALLY DONE.
Photoshop, ~14 hours. Luke fon Fabre of Tales of the Abyss.
Along the line, I have come to a stunning revelation:
...I can't color backgrounds for crap. Seriously.
So, sorry about all that. And some griminess here and there, and some crap, and this and that, and that terrible ground. Shoot, pretty much the whole background. D:
But oh well. I'm quite happy with my basic coloring on the skin and hair, and little Luke's clothes. : )
Anyway. Theme 11 - Memory.

[NinjaEDIT:] New version up. A few small things have been changed; (hence not alerting anyone) but I lightened up Luke's hair at the ends, face, added stains to little Luke, and really went over the background once with some shadows and all. Hope it looks slightly better. :3 ]

Beautiful work with the digital colouring. The background looks great! I wish I was able to colour ice like that... or any background at all for that matter.
Isn't it a little cold walking around bare feet and hardly any clothes on? If I was him I'd worn this thick, warm jacket, thick mittens and a warm, knitted hat. He's walking around in clothes that I'd sleep in under my thick blanket. And yes, I freeze easily... Don't ask me why I live inside the Arctic Circle where we got snow from in the end of October to the end of April... -.-
ANYWAS back to the picture: All I can say, and I feel like Iām on repeat, is that this is yet another well drawn picture :]

Beautiful work <3 I really love the colors you used and the atmosphere of heartfelt sadness you evoked with the pose and the background colors everywhere. I really feel moved by this piece not only by how you did an excellent job with expressions, but also with pose, and emotions!
