VARAN II

Like Rodan, Anguirus, Kong, and Baragon, Varan was also awoken from his slumber in Moscow, but slightly earlier. He challanged Togera, a godzilla like creature that attacked Russia, but when the Xianian cargo ship teleported Togera away and transported him to Monster Island to take part in the massive war, Varan instantly followed.
On the Island, the Xianian's knew they where going to need help defeating all the gathering Earth Kaiju, and sent down a swarm of clones, including Varan II. The deep dark red and purple Varan copy attacked Barugaron, until the original, 30 meter Varan plowed into it. Together, Barugaron and Varan defeated the evil clone, and both soon joined Godzilla II and the gathering of kaiju.
Powers:
Can't glide.
Massive strength.
Can possibly have a poisionus bite.
