An antique necklace, full of semi-precious stones & Baroque pearls, lying in an enameled tray .... resting on an old wooden Bombe chest. Where the still beautiful but gently aging woman tiredly dropped them on her way to her bedroom.

yup, and while I planned on taking the masking course anyway, your amazing image sealed it for me. (although I don't profess to be able to create something like this, it gives me a goal to attempt)

Thanks very much for the kudos! Don't sell yourself short, though, you never know how the lessons will inspire you to try new things. There are techniques in this image I've never used before and it's the combination of those and the previous lessons which created this image.

I didn't want this shinier, I wanted the middle part to be reminiscent of leaves in autumn, not jewelry, so I kept it more matte. The title is about leaves, not leafing; it was just a play on words. UF could handle shiny in about five seconds, too!

Thanks for the suggestion, though. I appreciate the honesty and the opinion.
