If I wanted to make this a print and keep great quality, I could easily go more than four times that long. I'm glad that not only can the render just run in the background, I can still work on other images in UF while it's rendering.

indeed !! yay for new computers. i should have 1.5 gb of memory in mine by tomorrow i have a good amd processor and a new 400 watt power supply and a new mother board. so we will see how she runs after all that

thats a lot of rendering time. I'd probably jump off a building than wait for that... but thats why i stick to photomanip/ digital and traditional art. Its an engaging piece to look at though...you do get quite sucked in.

The render just runs in the background while I do other things on the computer. It might slow things down a bit but that's all.
