Description
Celestia means business.Can't have that mane floating all over the place, better tie it up.
Slowly working on a bigger picture and Celestia in this armor is part of it.

Think of it as a bayonet as well as (some) protection against physical attacks while providing offensive capabilities as well. I chose to put it "outside" the horn rather than covering it as I though covering the horn entirely might interfere with spell casting.
