Description
Celestia means business.Can't have that mane floating all over the place, better tie it up.
Slowly working on a bigger picture and Celestia in this armor is part of it.

This is very, very impressive. Celestia is well done - nice and accurate - and the armour looks like something that would be implemented in the show itself. Heck, I think Celestia would wear something like this in my Fanfic in the later stages.

I would recommend looking into certain dressage styling. Certainly one or other of the French stylings would be more practical while in the armour.

Hmm, looking at it now... How is she supposed to attack with it? Because, looking at her breastplate and gorget, it doesn't seem she could bring her neck down (I realize the main brunt is supposed to come from rearing up, but she still has to bend to bring it on her foe). Even if that's two separate metal plates, I can't see her moving like that.

It's mostly for defence if someone EVER manages to get close to her. That is also why she has such light armor. The breastplate hangs around her neck much like the neck thingy she normally wears. It may hinder her neck movement somewhat.

Another potential it could perhaps have is it acts as a sort of accelerator for her spells. It could work like a MAC, filtering the spell through the magical equivalent of a magnetic field, allowing it to be fired off at even greater speeds, thus causing more damage.

Why do I get the feeling that this will somehow tie into the ever-ongoing, unresolvable conflict fandom between Luna and Celestia in the little Civil war which had been created by some fans?
