It reminds me of like, a kind of Ascension type thing (i don't know what it means but the word fits) Like, the sky looks like it does in all the old painting of hell and doom and stuff and the waters all stormy and then Shadow himself.. ohmaigawsh.. its so incredible, he looks like a God! Fantastic fantastic work, I LOVE it! (and its not even for me xDD)

it means either the act of rising but also the rising of a star above the horizon in astronomy. lol i just looked it up on wikipedia XD so yeah i guess it does fit!
thankyou very much yeah, usually the pictures i draw are inspired by the main song i'm listening to... in this case it was probably "Even Angels Fall" by "Jessica Riddle" i like that song ^^

lol i see XD well i guess i'm not that bad... i don't own an mp3, i just listen to music from my laptop
ooh i like loads i listen to some anime music like the ones from naruto and bleach... i also love this song [link] and the main bands i like are..... daft punk, Silver Sun Pickups- Lazy Eye [link] erm.... within temptation, kutless [link] red jumpsuit apparatus, FOO FIGHTERS!! well i love loads of bands XD i also like... vertical horizon ...oh, and i also listen to stuff like this sometimes... [link] depends what mood i'm in really :S i'd usually listen to slower paced music while i paint though like this [link] i guess it's not that slow (that is an awesome AMV!!)
lol don't listen to all of those the whole of the way through, you'll be there forever.

holy crap @.@ THATS SO KWL! 8D omg the background looks amazing, and he looks so over powering! D: that's so stunning! everything flows so prefectly and i adore how you drew his face! he looks so gorgeous xD now i'm definately gonna have to re do my half D: it doesn't look like anything compared to this omg im so friggin happy now! 8D the water looks so real~ and the tints of orage in the sky and water are done perfectly... god there's nothing bad about it! i'm so glad you like it! *grins* i'm so glad you like how the water came out too took me so long because i can only roughly spend about 30 minutes on photoshop each day because my laptop doesn't have the virtual memory space to store it... plus the full resolution is about 10 times of the fullview resolution... i think i'll have to put up some close ups of this piece... XD
