The characters/situations are &™ & © of Flamekin2 2011, 2012.On THIS one (Original HERE: fav.me/d48oat4 ), Adam's getting ready for her FIRST assignment.
Picked up the Freehand made background.
Tried going back to the 'glow bubbles', to see if they take up less space than the 'mechanical bubbles', and tried fiddling with the 'thought' bubbles.
Still playing with Adam's cyber-skintone...CyCon pg 16 doesn't look RIGHT to me...YET...
I may tweak the decisions made by the lovebirds on pg 18, so Adam's currently NOT too happy with what 4076 is telling her to do. Her programming is compelling her and she doesn't LIKE it, but she'll WAIT for the opportunity to break free...

Star Shogun Prime: ya know 4076 you and the fullmetal Alchemist antagonist Known as Father would get along like a house on fire because you both seem to try reducing people to their component materials without taking into account the autonomy of these individuals as for me I say the blind following of any ideology as the arbiter of truth is dangerous because it inhibits free thought .

You attempt to shame me for helping members of your kind find the life-balance and serenity with US that is SORELY denied them down there. TOO much 'autonomy'...is a problem GREATLY seen with your people. It plays a LARGE role on WHY your primitive species, by and large, REMAINS so horribly warlike, fractured and unable to unify...as needed to currently improve your collective standard of living. I am endeavoring to BETTER people's lives...both MY people's AND YOUR people [as they become MY people]. We are MORE than capable of living full lives here, and We do so WITHOUT much of the violence, disorganization and pain that are HALLMARKS of Homo Sapiens at present...*raises holo-brow*
Perhaps there is value to autonomy...but, much like ANYTHING else in this Universe, too much of it is NOT a benefit...To anyone.
I, however, commend and AGREE with you regarding ideology. It is best minimized in one's life for best effect...Logic is sufficient for me.

Just keep in mind what German philosopher Paul Feyerabend said as he argued that putting any form of knowledge above the other's can lead to disastrous results . Though I didn't have much info on you to go off of only hearing stories of people's peronalities being basically labotamized or perhaps the fact I'm not too keen when someone is forced to undergo a transformative process with out the subjects consent and having their minds altered to be more accepting of the transformative process * shifts his body to its cybertronian form and transforms into the infinite assault jet mode (a fighter jet with a large portion of the mode being comprised of 3 different components which become trailers for his Sci-Fi truck mode those being ,1 the Delta Power carrier( a Sci-Fi looking car carrier with massive spiked adorned blade like jet wings that when activated in super mode become fairy-like.), 2 the Apex Armor (a mobile tactical weapons platform with just about any and every weapon in existance.) and finally, 3 the Absolution Hell Cycle a massive tractor trailer that is basically a mobile command center and still has room to fit a car and can transform into a massive Cybertronian sized motorcycle complete with twin rail guns mounted on the back.)* also I Crossover Ship you with TF Prime ShockWave your both remarkable scientists and you both have a primarily logic based mentality besides who knows maybe you might get some help leaving time for you to find something that you might enjoy seriously he could be a big help at one point he even managed to resurrect a Cybertronian pre historic species . Just a little food for thought.

I think 4076 is a very insular/shy person who thinks she's the smartest Gynoid in the room.
Probably doesn't want to admit others might know more than her, so we have the arrogance.
(Also probably trying to convince herself that socialization is unnecessary...)
I figure Alexis is beginning to show her that she might be wrong about how best to entice the humans and get them to JOIN...

XCOM live underground in their base to be on call 24/7, meaning the robots could only abduct soldiers while on the field, which would be difficult to do since XCOM shoot down UFOs first with interceptors then send in a squad to clean up survivors.

Mmmm... there are a few points on the naive part why 4076 is wrong. First, if their expansion continues, eventually someone may notice and make their job harder... so far they've nabbed isolated people unable to fight back but that can change. Second, if it's an offer, there won't be any alarm or panic caused, as the new converts bear no resentment or desire to find ways to work around their programming. Third, it's easier -- on the top of my head, people with terminal illnesses or permanent injuries, M2F transgendered, people who are down and out and feel like they have nothing to lose, people who have a robot kink, hell, people who really want to be in space. Let the word out subtly and the above mentioned may LINE up for a chance to be converted.
So no, it ain't that Adam is naive. It's that 4076 is inflexible and has embraced the we-are-superior mindset to the point where it can be counterproductive.

Good. It came across well enough. In the original piece by Flamekin, I was seeing 4076 as the heavy of the piece...A self-rightous individual who's ALWAYS knows best...and will brook no dissent.
(Maybe she's overcompensating for a past loss... 
Adam and Ellie were SMART enough as humans, and, thanks to 4076, they're even SMARTER now.
They MAY be trapped in these (cute) cybernetic bodies against their wills, but they DO know when to fight and when NOT to. They DO realize their minds' vulnerability in these robotic forms, so they'll play along and bide their time.
