Fixed the background to make it a bit more dramatically lit, added highlights/shadows to Adam, swapped out Ellie & 4076 for the earlier versions that were a tad better lit, and expanded out the copy.
Adam is getting a bit 'fresh' with her 'sister', 4076...
Beware, 4076, you've REBIRTHED a smart@$$...

Very nice revision. I like how you gave both Adam and Ellie som more line in this one. Also it seem that had his conversion by 4076 had apparently unlocked something within Adam that cause her start acting like this after become a Gynoidian. Possibly the reason she was also converted to be a scout as this part of her that was unlocked made so that she was perfect to for the role of a scout.

That true as they still themselves thus Adam coukd still be protective of Ellie while she wants them to be a couple again now that Adam not a speicemen anymore

That's kinda in evidence in MY fave vampire story, 'Dance In The Vampire Bund' by Nozomu Tamaki.
You get changed in THAT world, you're STILL you...can still love/hate/fear, etc.; you just feel them more strongly.
Well, as the saying goes, "Love is love, no matter the form."
If the two of them loved each other PRIOR to the Conversion, and kept their relevant memories, there's no reason they wouldn't STILL care deeply for each other. (Above and beyond what they'd feel for their new 'sisters'...)

That possibly my second fav or within my top five. My fav is an anime/manga called Karin(Chibi Vampire in the US) where the vampires in this series literally attracted to and suck out certain emotions or abilites when they suck blood. Karin the main character suck out sadness, her old brother suck out stress, and their mother the ability to lie.
True as Adam would probably still loved Eliie even if he somehow managed to get them both off the ship with him still being human

I had that series, too. It's ending was a bit depressing for my taste, tho. 
I WAS touched when Kenta allowed Karen to inject him...to prevent her nosebleed...
When I read 'Bund', tho...I CAN imagine, EASILY, those vampires ACTUALLY existing.
What was a REVELATION to me was...They act so normal!
They DON'T walk around in capes...don't glitter in the sun...and some actually PULL their own fangs to PROVE they don't want to hurt any humans...
(Gigi and the vampire kids are ADORABLE!!!)
I'm NOT a big fan of how EASILY they can reproduce, tho...One bite & 2 days later, and, POOF! you're a vampire! (Surprising that MOST of that world is STILL human...! 0_0; )

While they can easily reproduce they can also be cured just as easily as well(if within the time limit)

Mentally, trying to envision how the Queen would be used...Would she be a figurehead at this point, with the MAIN power in Gynoidian society with the Council on the ship? Maybe THAT'S the reason she wants OUT?! She KNOWS that she's useless ATM and is used for the convenience of the Council? Maybe the human would eventually find a way to give the reins of power BACK to the Queen?)

I get distracted too
Could be because she was converted to be the next queen as a girl. She had people helping her and they eventually stole her power over time. She could have not had very training with the previous queen. Thus by the time she realize she was just a figurehead the council was too powerful. Thus does want leave to get people help take back control. Using the re-learning the planet as feint for her true objective

She was chosen as a Second to the previous Queen, when a coup happened, and the Council took power.
She's considered a 'runt' of sorts...the Council has little respect for her. She serves as Queen at the Council's request to keep the REST of the G's pacified...
But WE have as much an impact on her thoughts as SHE would have on her few human friends!
A few of her human friends MIGHT well eventually trust her ENOUGH in the end to join the G's WILLINGLY, and PROVE that 4076 is wrong in her arrogance.
(Alex had a good idea with the Council. They could be played as diversely as the 'Guardians of the Universe' in Green Lantern are!)

Pretty much the coup could have been lead from the shadows by 4076 and she convinced them to keep her as Queen because it would help with controlling the mass as the rebels were small in number. Thus if they use their new 'Queen' who was being training to be her assistant and in the dire case she could perform anymore Queen. The council took out the former Queen in an 'accident' and thus her second was prompted to Queen as result. Not having full training yet they easily able to use the girl to their advantage stealing and hollowing out her power until by she was a figurehead
