gross and cool. i love the attention to detail and the purely organic folds of skin and material. simple and effective.

embryos are slimy. and here we have one on the half-shell, except sans the head, and in its place, a long curled appendage. its kinda like finding a broken alien egg on the sidewalk. -not to say that slimy or grossness is a bad thing, because it isn't.

interesting interpretation, that. actually, it does have a head...it's just small and tucked forward...also unfinished so you just see the back of the neck really. the 'curled appendage' is it's embryonic food sack...and my thought was it's kinda like finding a broken alien egg in the hands of a god. not that that makes anything less gross.

This probably has a deep philosophical meaning....and it just went over my head. It's a great concept.
