By popular demand, I have drawn my first drow picture in a loooooooooong time. I've been posting some of my older drow pictures from past DnD campaigns, which are well received, and whenever I check my gallery stats, it's always my drow art that is the most favorited, so I figured what the heck, I might as well do an all-new piece and see how it turns out.This is an original character not from any of my campaigns, though now that I've drawn her, I think I'll have to work her into a future storyline.

hmm, the phenotype is similar to that of most of the drow I've seen, but her facial structure is more of a Na'vi from James Cameron's Avatar-the high cheekbones, flat nose, sunken eyes, and the almost triangular shaped head are what's noticeable.

Wow, this is a REALLY old post... I have been so busy for the past 3.5 years that my DeviantArt account kind of fell behind. I wasn't doing commissions during that time, but right now I am taking commissions because I need to beef up my portfolio. Now there's a young lady I would not care to meet on campaign. Her outfit and weapon are so awfully drow like. And her companions are not the sort of creatures you like to pet after a long day on the battle field. She's an excellent specimen of the breed.

Is it good to be Drow in DnD. Has never been it before and i know they get many good abilies at first level but they wont level until all other people is lever 4. IsΒ΄nt that kind of bad? ^^''

It depends. Drow are evil, though people want to play drow that suddenly are good, which really doesn't make a lot of sense. Why not play a regular elf? I played an evil drow before, and it was a lot of fun doing evil things. I will NEVER play a good drow, because it makes no sense to me. Edition 4.0 makes it easier to play a drow without taking such tough penalties.

Okey ^^ IF you want to play in the good way as a drow i think your charather should be CN in aligment.And not more.
And i realy asked if it were easy to play it in 3,5. More if your character becomes like she is in the same level like the rest of the team even tought she is not ^^'

She looks dangerous. I really like her hair, so different, as Drow have usually white hair. Her jewellery is amazing, very posh.

In the old 2e drow book, it says that while white is dominant, there are a number of other different hair colors that occasionally show up. Also, in my game, if it looks cool, it's the new rule. Just because a rule book written by somebody who isn't me says something, doesn't mean I can't make changes and innovations if it makes things cooler.

Evil never looked that good. Everything about her hair and dress has been said. I adore her eyes, they look so penetrating.
