Finally! Seems like it took forever to get this finished.
This tutorial is all about adding glitter to your eye photomanipulations in Photoshop. I highly recommend using Photoshop over another editing program for this tutorial, because it involves a lot of settings and I'm not sure whether or not the effects will be the same. (:
You may require a bit of experience in Photoshop for this.
