Que officially joins the cast of Transformers: Exiles! One of the most brilliant minds on Cybertron, Que was tasked with building new and progressively more powerful weapons for the Autobot war effort against the tyrannical Decepticons! A pacifist by nature, he would prefer to be tinkering on some gadget in his workshop than in combat out on the field, but can't deny the extreme danger his enemies pose to Cybertron and the entire universe. He's a separate character, based on "Que" from Transformers: Dark of the Moon, though I don't actually have any plans for Wheeljack to appear my TFP sequel series yet.

That's funny actually. I did the same thing with my Wheeljack. I made QueΒ
a mentor of Wheeljack since he has the Einstein look and I assumed he's
old. So I went with that.

I think the way they handled Wheeljack in TFP is probably my biggest disappointment with the whole series.

I feel the same way. A new spin on a character is fine, but they need to at least maintain the core aspects of what makes them who they are. For me that means Wheeljack needs to be a scientists (regardless of whether he looks like his G1 counterpart or not).
On the other hand, I do so love his deluxe figure, so it's not all bad.

I do too. I love the way he is designed too. At least they kept his designs
and colors like G1 Version. Yeah so it wasn't a total miss. XD

I've often thought there's really no way they could mess up that mold: he could be bright pink with bananas instead of swords and it would still kick ass.

I haven't been following RID2015 all that much (ironic, I guess, given that I'm working on my own sequel series)... I really need to binge the second season on Netflix and then catch up with the last season via TFW.
