Description
This spendid waterfall can only be seen clearly if you go out on a limb and right to the edge of this small cliff. The water of Aira Beck cuts its way through the mountain side and these deep ravines.
To get to this waterfall you have to walk a further 20 mins or so up stream from Aira Force and in that time the sun had cut through the low cloud and was dancing on the leafs and mossy rocks.
What a view!

very very nice - beautiful green and I love the water
don't like the colour of the frame though but that's not essential at all

thank you for the comment! I know, people either love the frame or hate the frame. I did it an off white cos it shows the water being much purer and whiter than it actually is. If it had been a white frame the water would have looked a bit murky cos it was

yes
well first I didn't like the frame, you see, because it seems kind of dirty - but, true, the water seems purer - but then I hadn't looked at any of your other deviations - and now that I've seen more and they have the same frame too it looks uniformed and rather collection like - which makes it good looking, at all! at least I couldn't imagine a collection of nature photographs with like pink frames !
I like your other deviations very much, too! thumbs up!

A simply amazing photograph. It has a wonderful serenity to it, the white water against the earth and the light through the trees... I'd love to visit there. *favorites*

A truely stunning picture, I love the colour of the water.
Does it run quite fast through that area?

Thank you! yes it does run fast. The lake district here in the uk is the wetest part of the country. It had been raining there a lot when I was there.

This is taken in the Lake District here in the UK. This waterfall is a 20 min walk up from Aira Force which is north of Ullswater.
