Description The full title is "Bazooka Bunny and the Frontline Flamingos". The original linework was done on my request (that's why the idea makes not a bit of sense) by ~jestercat . She whipped it up in about three hours, so I was pretty impressed there. I took about 12 hours in Photoshop CS to get this puppy vectored. All with a mouse. You're seeing about 40% of what I was working at (so you loose some of the details I put into the bunny, for example).

I really have no idea where this idea came from. Originally, the general like fellow was going to be a squirrel, but I wanted ripped up ears, so a rabbit it is.

Now, on to the story...

Robert had just moved into the neighborhood of Suburbanville. "Ah, what a wonderful town," thought Robert. "I just need to decorate my lawn and life will be complete!" Upon placing several key lawn decorations, inlcuding a broken school bus and three washing machines, Robert was greeted by the local soccer mom and community beautification leader, Kerrie Smith. "My God, what are you doing here?!" she screamed. "I think I'll have to report this to the committee!" Robert was very upset by this statement. "My lawn is beautiful! This is part of my culture, you ignorant filth!" Robert shouted.

Three days later, Robert was living in his 1971 Datsun pickup truck and admiring his beautiful lawn, when a group of protesting townsfolk started to camp out in his yard shouting "Down with the trash!" as loudly as possible. Kerrie was leading them on. Robert, being a man of great intelligence, pulled out his shotgun and proceeded to shoot at them. Screaming in terror, Kerrie returned to her house across the street, wincing at the pain of having white trash in the neighboorhood.

Robert was very sad that he would not be accepted into the community, just because he was a minority. He found a local attorney at law and the lawman agreed to take the case to court, striking a nerve on the US constitution, and allowing white trash to live within the city limits of a suburban area. So the next time you wonder why that old couple across the street doesn't mow their lawn regularly, just remember that they are white trash and should just be ignored instead, especially if they are being robbed, because they probably deserve it.

I laughed while looking at the picture, then noticed there was a story behind it, and promptly laughed even harder. I like the satire involved...reminds me of a classmate I had in a writing workshop; you capture the spirit of absurdity just like he did, although I gotta say the flamingoes kinda detracted from the humor after looking again--they looked like zombies without any pupils.

Good job on the rest of it, though, and a good find for my first foray into vectors

You write the coolest stories ever. Plus, how cool are flamingos? I always wanted an army of flamingoes but I guess I got beat to it. This is just damn nice stuff, I adore mr. general bunny. He looks very battleworthy. I like the colours, but the sky seems a bit dull compared to the others?

hey this's really awesome. I do doodles like this , but i don't have any special softewre or whatnot, and they're rabid chipmunks. I was actually able to convince a few of my peers that i kept an army of chipmunks in my home, as i produced the tail of a kitty toy and a miniature wooden gun, an little knives.

*Giggles* That's wonderful xD!! I actually think the rabbit fits with the herd of flamingos for some reason..

I guess it's the fact that I at first thought they were turkeys ;.; *Hides from laughter* I just have a habit of not looking at titles until later.. so I'm sorry about that. But yeah.. I thought they were a herd of turkeys so I just giggled with the thought the they were all thanksgiving turkeys and that the rabbit was the easter bunny xD You know.. since thanksgiving is coming near, the easter bunny wanted to help the turkeys fight the evil of MANKIND by declaring a war against them ;.; And why do you think the easter bunny.. of all animals.. wanted to help the turkeys?

Because the turkeys were supplying the easter bunny with easter eggs this whole time xD A brilliant plan.. people look at turkeys for food.. but for rabbits, they see them as cute, little hippity-hoppy things.. so no human would hurt a wonderful little bunny that carries chocolate eggs in a little basket ;.; So the turkeys supplied the rabbit with the eggs.. so the rabbit returns the favor by defending them this year xD

.. Well.. that's what I thought before I realized they were flamingos ;.; I can be so weird xD
Enough blabbering.. I think this is wonderful ^.^! Must have taken a long time to get that done.. wow "O__O" And I'm right considering 13 hours is a hell of a lot of time xD You pulled it off well, though! I just adore the eyes of the flamingoes xD So shocked and clueless-like.. while the rabbit stands in absolute.. power. How completely cute, thouuugh ;.;! Great work on this!

Interesting story, by the way xD Stupid people trying to force the guy.. I personally don't see why some get so uppity about that.. unless the filth is physically hurting the owner him/herself or others around.. but I don't see how a broken bus could cause much harm xD The moral is actually pretty good ;.; Aside from the stealing bit xD If a person wants to keep his lawn untrimmed, let him do it. It's his lawn ;.;
