cool tutorial... wow, i feel stupid... never even thought of a gradient tool... i just hand shaded mine... i guess thats the "comparison" part you talked about...

hmmm, I used you're tutorial, and I'm up to the part, where, 'you shift the image into image-ready'....AND IT WON'T WOOOORK! hmmm, do I have to select the image or something? PLZ HELP!

if u have the cs3, under windows-> animation option u can do that.

I dunno, just as long as you don't save it as a Flash object. I don't know how Flash works, so I can't really tell you anthing specific about it. Use Photoshop. :/

Dammit.I can't do with Flash .It doesn't have Transparent Background option...and the stupid Photoshop asks a Dll.I will try to get PhotoShop working =/

I personally use Photoshop 8.0 CS and the sub-program ImageReady to make mine.
