A wealthy, but childless heiress was planning on abducting much younger surrogate children. A threat to her plans, she begins studying Phoenix Force. As she does, she begins seeing them as the children she wants and abducts them instead so she can brainwash them to accept her.

They are not connected to any team as they are in our world.
They consist of three boys and five girls ages ten to fourteen. Their individual powers are electricity, hypnotic voice, magic, ESP, super strength, the ability to change any element or chemical into another, human computer interface, and the ability to shrink himself.
Their power belts give them the ability to teleport and fly. When needed, they can call on armored force fields that will protect them from anything.
Their costumes are bulletproof, but instead of masks, the costumes generate illusions illusions that constantly changes their appearance so they can't be recognized.
Their powers require a light-based radiation. It is present day and night and can penetrate deep into a mountain. A form of light, however, it can be reflected.

Well that is nice if they are always unconscious. During the day they are mildly sedated does that means they are awake or asleep or mildly awake but then what. You said everynight they are in a deep-sleep-state right. But how are they going to be fed then had to go to the restrooms.

Drugged enough to calm them. The childless heiress behind their abduction doesn't want to scare them, but doesn't want to turn them into drugged out zombies either. She wants to get to know her new children.
The drugs are mainly mixed into a baby food like mush they are spoon fed. The nightly dose is stronger and includes a memory altering drug that over time will allow her to implant herself in their memories.

Then the fulltime diapers is enforced am I correct. Would their nurse or caretaker changes their diapers all the time then. Does their caretaker or the nurse who took care of them. Are they locked when they sleep in this glass tube if there are even locks on the outer glass tubes perhaps.

There are no tubes. They will be confined like above with the exception of the beds being larger and more luxurious to express their value.
They are like a lot of kids today who think they have all the answers and can take care of themselves and handle anything. Even when they learn of a plan to capture them, they think they can, with their powers and abilities, defeat their mysterious foes. Chloroformed by supposed allies, the three boys and five girls instead awaken to find they've been stripped of their costumes, bathed, and put to bed like infants stolen from their cribs. The impact on their egos when they learn they have been put in diapers or the realization they have been stolen like much younger children to serve as surrogate sons and daughters to the childless mastermind of their abduction.
The diapers are of little importance and will only be mentioned a few times.

Well thank you for your long answer respond. Now everything has been clarified. I like this short answer story-line. It gives more imagination to the picture plot I myself loved it.
By the way you didn't mentioned how long they will be staying there and how old are those abducted children.
Are they allowed to walk and talk during the awaken day time or they will always remain half awaken in their bed or always in sedation and be confined at all times.
By the looks of it they are all bed-resting for a long period of time no. Hopefully with this minor question answers will become an interesting short story-line.

They will be kept in the Nursery for a few day and then be allowed to leave one at a time, briefly.
Their ages range from 10 to fourteen. Kelly is in the first bed, she's 12. Beverly, Leon, and Renee are in the next three beds. They are all 13.
Across from them will be Connie, 12. Ted is next at 14. Sue, 13, will be in the third bed. Nolen, the youngest at 10 will be in the last bed.

how long are they made to sleep like that. are they all restraint. it looks like they're all heavily sedated no. how are they going to get fed and need to go about their business and go to restroom or does diapers involved or it means do they have to wear diapers during their slumber.

After their abduction, they'll be sedated nightly for 10-12 hours during which time they'll be bathed and whatnot. During the day they are kept drugged enough to keep them disorientated.
Their hands and feet are secured in hospital restraints. By their heads are jets of anesthetic to put the to sleep if they start getting free.
They will pretty much constantly wear the diapers, though a real big deal will won't be made of it.

Well I wouldn't mind being in this way either. It looks like a pretty long-term sleep-time. Are they being made into a Dream Like State or put into induce coma or a bit of Both really. But how are they fed if the nurse took care of their bathed and how does the nurse takes care of them everyday and when are they allowed to be awaken up while still strap in their glass-tubed beds.

There are no tubes. They will actually be in large beds of gold satin and lame. Essentially, they are stolen goods wrapped in gold and put on satin pillows in a silk-lined case.
During the day they initially are mildly sedated, drowsy and slightly disoriented. At night they are put into a deep sleep.
