The Hunger Games is going to be a trilogy!! But the second book, Catching fire, only comes out on September 1st, and I guess the third one will probably come out in 2010...

I haven't read the Underlander Chronicles, but I think this series have something like 4 or 5 books??
*Little research on Google...* 5 books!
There will be 3 books in the Hunger Games series (but I wouldn't mind if the author decided to write a few more ), and yeah, the characters will be the same

Me neither! I read it in 4 or 5 days I think... I was spending the week with my sister, helping her pack and then move into her new appartment, and it was killing me that I didn't have time to read during the day!!! So I would stay up all night, reading until 3 or 4 am, even though I knew I had to get up at 8 or 9 in the morning!!

It's hard to choose just one part!! But probably when Katniss gives Peeta the medecine so he'll fall asleep and he won't be able to stop her from going to the feast And during the interview, when Peeta says that winning won't help him get the girl he loves, because she came here with him... And every other part that involves Katniss and Peeta!! What about you??

ah omg i love those parts too...i love the whole book so i cant say my fav. lol

but the top with be peeta's flashbacks of how he got introduced to her/fell in love with her. that part where you said peeta said winning didnt matter since the girl he likes wont be there is on my top 3 too.

Lol no problem, I'm interviewing you back!! And I don't know anyone who's read the book, so it's nice to be able to talk about it with someone

I hope, I hope book two will be about Katniss realizing that she loves Peeta!!! But that might have to wait for book three...

I think Gale will finally get the chance to tell Katniss what he wanted to tell her before she left for the Games, and that he'll tell her he loves her. So Katniss will be torn between Gale and Peeta... And Peeta will throw a bag of flour at Gale and frost him to death while he's trapped under it, and Katniss will be so impressed that she'll thank Peeta for freeing her from that horrible, lousy, stupid Gale, and they'll live happily ever after! Go Peeta!!

Nah, seriously, I don't have any really specific idea of what's going to happen... The Capitol will want to punish Katniss and Peeta for the "Romeo and Juliet with the berries" stunt, but how?... Maybe the Capitol will try to kill them, and they'll have to run away and hide... And Gale will come with them and there'll be plenty of Gave VS Peeta moments!! That could be fun to read...

Well, only 180 days left before we can find out what happens!!! (yep, I really did the maths...)

SAY WHAT!!!! GALE IS SO MUCH BETTER! She had NO feelings for Peeta! She basically used him so she could survive because she knew it would get her what-cha-call-its that would give her food and junk... but she thought Peeta was doing the same thing then realized he really loved her! No Peeta... Gale all the way!!!

No, Katniss loves Peeta, she's just too blind and stupid (yep, stupid!!) to realize it!! It was sooooooo obvious that Peeta loved her, and yet she thought he was pretending; just like it's obvious that she loves him, too, but she didn't want to autorize herself to have feelings for him while they were in the arena, because there was still a chance that he might die... And even now, she's scared of losing him because the Capitol's angry with them for the berries stunt. But she'll come to her senses and realize that she loves Peeta

lol you peeta fan girl you. for a long while i was really mad at katniss for breaking his heart. i developed a brotherly attachment to the guy so its sorta like she broke my respected brothers heart. haha poor gale. we should set him up in a date so he wont be lonesome.

atm i just want the book in my hands. i hope that peeta wont be too depressed. and that katniss will make a good decision. i asked my brother what he thought would happen in the book and he said its most likely some love triange between the gale,katniss and peeta...and katnissxpeeta teaching the newbies how to fight for the next hunger games....OR it could be katniss is punished and thus is brought to the capitol..but not before gale confesses his love for her and he and peeta fight....

oh gosh then they will have to work together to save katniss only to find that she was freeing herself from the capitol using some elaborate plan

I agree with your brother : I think there will definitely be a love triangle between Katniss, Peeta and Gale... and I hope Peeta wins!! Gale can marry Prim's goat as far as I'm concerned... Nah, just kidding. He'll find a nice girl, but a nice girl who isn't Katniss, and everybody will live happily ever after!! Maybe Gale will end up with the girl who gave Katniss the pin, and then he won't have money problems anymore

And I like the idea of Peeta and Gale teaming up to save Katniss from the Capitol... But why wouldn't the Capitol punish Peeta as well?? Oh, maybe Katniss told them Peeta had nothing to do with the berries, and since there needs to be a winner, they'll leave him alone and only punish Katniss...

I think I'm getting strange too... I even dreamed of Katniss and Peeta last night!! In fact, it was a mix between a scene from The Hunger Games and a scene from another book... It was really weird!!!

A few months ago, I was talking about the book with my roommate (who hasn't read it), and I said the name "Peeta". And she started laughing.

In English, "Peeta" sounds a little like "Peter", but pronounced with a British accent, right? But in French, it just sounds like "pita"... like food^^ And since it's not really natural for me to suddenly pronounce a word in English in the middle of a sentence in French, well, my tongue slipped, and it sounded like "pita"... and so my roommate started laughing...

So you have nothing to be jealous about!!!!

Chinese is difficult and i feel as if im speaking in babble. haha that aside i think european languages in general are beauiful now that i think about it, and so are any others.

Yeah I heard that in Chinese, if you pronounce a word with the wrong intonation, you could end up saying something else... Weird
