Description
Best friends forever!Hopefully the Hero's Shade/Oot Link was able to reunite with his pals after his appearance in Twilight Princess.
...gotta love lost woods/Saria's song (and great fairy's fountain theme, Zelda's lullaby, and many more).

Actually, the Link is reincarnated each time thing is contested past Ocarina of time, because of Twilight Princess. Twilight Princess has two Links. How can you have a reincarnated spirit in a physical form (TP's Link) and the Hero's Shade at the same time. That would imply that there are ghosts of every single Link ever running around. Why does Link have to interact with anybody if all the ghostly Links ever could just sneak him off to the dream realm and impart AAAALLLL their wisdom.
No, this sets the precedent. Twilight Princess has two Links. The Hero of Time, and the second Link from Ordon. Wind Waker also supports this by having the King of the Red Lions make a distinction between the Hero of Winds and the Hero of Time. And since Link is not a series of descendants by blood, Tetra could be the descendant of the Hero of Time and still not be a reincarnation of him, do not confuse these two things. Tetra IS a descendant of Zelda BY BLOOD. And should Link and Zelda marry and have children (They would have to if they wish to preserve the ROYAL BLOODLINE.... IF...IF... they were indeed a couple at the end of the Adult Timeline.) That's a big if, but it's simple logic. Every Zelda ever has been related by blood, even if every Link is not. So Zelda has a reincarnation by blood factor that Link does not. Link and Zelda, Link and the Goddess Hylia in the flesh... can NOT have a relationship ever.. that results in kids without breaking this norm, I'm sorry. Skyward Sword implies that Link and Zelda are a couple, perhaps THE first of the Hylian bloodline, that would make EVERY SINGLE ZELDA EVER BORN to be a descendant of the Second Link: Skyward Sword Link. So no, no wtf, that's how bloodlines work. Zelda has a bloodline, she IS descended from herself and perhaps varying Links throughout the ages.
I have heard of the Era with No Hero. It also supports the claim that the reincarnation cycle was broken/distorted after Ocarina of Time. Ask yourself this: In a timeline where Ganon has killed Link and won, why is Link reincarnated? How did the world survive? What's the penalty for losing? What's the penalty for losing the Hero of Time? Also, don't you think its strange that in the timeline where Link died in combat with Ganon that the Master Sword survived? No longer kept in the Temple of Time, but transported out into the forest? Who retrieved it? Conversely, why is the Triforce of Courage broken, the Master Sword (Fi) weakened in Wind Waker... the timeline where Ganondorf has been sealed away for all these generation in the Sacred Realm by the 7 sages. What evil possibly emerged to destroy a piece of the Triforce, sap the Master Sword of all its strength... but not damage the Link Reincarnation process as you seem to so adamantly believe? And! It can't be Ganondorf, he's been sealed away ALL THIS TIME. Fi being the Great Fairy of Wind Waker is NOT impossible. Especially since the Master Sword was physically jarred, the Triforce piece it protects through it's master has been DESTROYED. Shattered to pieces. If you're asleep.. presumably for eternity, if anything was to wake you up, would the sundering of the Triforce not possibly qualify? You speak of impossibilities and the only source of YOUR information isn't fact OR logic, but words. Words spoken by someone who is PERHAPS wrong. Especially Fi! She's like a robot or a computer, always speaking and citing her evidence with a percentage of probability. And yet, in your view, she can't possibly be wrong? It's impossible. You don't even know what Fi is. Is she a computer, a ghost, a spirit, a fairy? No, she's a spirit in a sword, and you act like it's not within the realm of impossibility.. that. Once you open the door to one impossible thing, you cannot sit there and protest when a second impossible occurrence occurs. That's the very definition of DENIAL.
Do not accept the words of NPCs as fact when Nintendo implies there is more going on here. And do not misconstrue THEORY for FACT ever. I can afford to be wrong with my THEORIES. You however cannot afford to be wrong with your exclamation of "impossible." I never once said this must be. I'm simply raising thought backed up by logical thinking and supporting evidence. I never once cracked open a single "Manga" either, so I have no idea what you're harping about there. All my information comes from the games, the official timeline and the Hyrule Historia (Which itself only offers theory).
So:
1) No.
2) Yes. But Link ONLY returned to his own timeline in the MAJORA MASK TIMELINE... similarly he only DIED in the Era of No Hero timeline by getting a GAME OVER during the Ganon fight of OoT. (That's why Ganon is stuck in his bokoblin/pig like form in all the Era of No Hero timeline titles) In the Wind Waker timeline, Link never put the Master Sword back. (That's confusing, I apologize for the confusion.) It's barely touched upon or explained by Nintendo. It's possible Link went back to his own time... in the Wind Waker timeline/offshoot but if he did, then the Hyrule of Adult Link went on to become it's own "universe" without him. That's really hard to wrap the head around. And supposes it's own irrational logic. Especially if you ask yourself how someone who never died in your universe/Timeline ceased to be all of a sudden past a certain point. How can he POSSIBLY be reincarnated then? If he only exists in the Majora Mask/Twilight Princess timeline past that point?
and 3) Again, check that "impossible."

I have already played through Skyward Sword. What I mean is that Fi being the Fairy Queen doesn't make any sense at all. In the manga that sets before the events of Skyward, it sounded like to me that Hylia and "Origin" Link had something about each other, but I'm not sure what. The logic with Tetra being reincarnated from Hero of Time or something is still confusing due to the fact she's Zelda's descendant by blood. Tetra should have been the one who saved the world or something, not Link if that's the case.

No, you're confusing two things. Tetra is NOT a link reincarnation, but a Link DESCENDANT. The Hero of Time is her ancestor, a great grandfather or something. That's what I'm saying.
I'm also saying that Fi, being the master sword makes sense as the Great Fairy because something TERRIBLE happened its master. Whoever had the Master Sword before the Hero of Winds... had to have died. And tragically too. How else could the Triforce of Courage (typically manifesting in the hand of a Link) be shattered into pieces. We're talking about the TRIFORCE, the goddess's gift to Hyrule being smashed into tiny pieces WHILE Ganondorf slept in the Sacred Realm. We're also talking about a kingdom that was flooded WHILE Ganondorf slept in the Sacred Realm.
There are pages upon pages of historical context, borderline disturbing (or at least troubling) history BETWEEN the games in the Zelda series. A dark history that doesn't distract or detach from the games at all, it's merely there if you look.
That's all I'm saying, that's all I've ever said. Ask questions, don't just accept everything at face value. Look at the pictures hung up on the wall. Zelda has amazing games, but also centuries of in-game lore and history to shift through. You only need to look and consider. It may seem like I'm barking up the wrong tree, but Nintendo painstakingly put a LOT of effort into the Zelda series. It's everywhere. Somebody put forth the effort, somebody drew the lines, somebody thought to link all the games together in the official timeline, somebody thought to make the Hyrule Historia.
Also, for accusing me of bringing the Manga into this, now you suddenly are. We know from Skyward Sword, that the Goddess Hylia loved the first Link ever (Origin Link as you said.. I like name that by the way) but she was a Goddess, and Goddesses and Hylians/humans couldn't have relationships, so her love for him was forbidden. THat's why when he died for her, fighting against Demise, she vowed that they would be reincarnated together, as humans. She shunned her divinity, cast it off to give her love, Link.. a real shot at victory, a real shot at defeating Demise, and a real shot at a love.. together.
That's why all this reincarnation business. Link is reincarnated as Hylia's champion, and also linked to Zelda as her suitor. Zelda in Skyward Sword, is the first Zelda, the reincarnation of Hylia and the first line of the Hyrule Royal Family. Every Zelda born after her is also of royal blood, also the reincarnation of Hylia in human form, and also Link's often companion in the final battle. It's no coincidence that she was at the top of Ganon's Tower at the end of Ocarina of Time, riding on the back of Epona at the end of Twilight Princess, and in full warrior princess mode in Wind Waker. All these Zeldas have been the living manifestation of Hylia's decision to be by Link's side, to face Demise together. (Demise as both the evil god, and demise as in certain death) It's because they stand together that Link doesn't wind up like Origin Link, a sacrifice in the fight against evil.
So remember, a descendant does NOT equal a reincarnation. You can be reincarnated without being related to someone. Except Zelda, Zelda is a reincarnation and descendant from herself, it's to keep the bloodline pure.

Tetra is not related to the Hero of Time. Β Link had almost no contact with Zelda during the time he was an adult until the end of the game, with the except of his time with Sheik. Β Link didn't know Sheik was Zelda and she never let him get close. Β Plus when he actually sees her she in her real form she is: 1. kidnapped, 2. During a battle 3. in the sky sending him back in time. Β You can't compare it to the Hero dies timeline because it is possible for Link to die to Ganon during the final battle, you don't see what happens afterward because your dead. Β It makes perfect sense. Β While having interacting with Zelda outside those specific times is impossible. Β Then afterward Link goes to the child timeline making him him not exist in that timeline anymore. Β It is far more likely that Zelda married and had kids with someone other than Link and Tetra is the descendant of Zelda and that unknown guy. Β If Link has children with Zelda at all it can only be during the child timeline.

Tetra being a Link descendant still doesn't make sense due to the Link who saved Hyrule returned to his own time. I know the difference between reincarnation and descendant. The part with the connection with OoT Link and TP Link almost messed up that concept. I sometimes use the word "descendant" as in someone having a connection with another or somethin'. Fi went to an eternal sleep, so I don't know how she could get separated from the sword and granted a personality afterwards.
I guess I mistaken you for knowing about the manga at first. Sorry... I actually feel like I'm learning something new, despite it! I try to stick with facts and not consider theories to be true until Nintendo confirms it.

Nintendo is smarter than that. They've built these games so you can totally separate each one, or you can roll the entire series up as one big thing. That's what the timeline is about.
You're not wrong about "Tetra being a Link descendant still doesn't make sense due to the Link who saved Hyrule returned to his own time." Because the three-way branch of the timeline isn't clear. It's hypothetical.
In Ocarina of Time, according to the official timeline there's three ending. According to the game, there's one. So as you say, Link goes back to his own time, and the events of Majora's Mask occurs.
However, according to the official timeline, Wind Waker is from the "Adult" timeline. Meaning, in Wind Waker's history, Ganondorf seized the triforce, Link slept for 7 years and the sacred realm was corrupted. Ganondorf destroyed Hyrule Castle Town and Hyrule Castle. Ganon was defeated and Hyrule was forced to rebuild. I cannot say where Link is in that timeline. Like I said, it's hypothetical, the Wind Waker Timeline requires us to use our imagination a little and consider that Link didn't go back to his own time, or if he did, the Adult Timeline went on without him.
That's a hard pill to swallow and why you're confused. Because it's not seen in game. Like the Era of No Hero, there is no Link dies to Ganon ending. It's your standard game over screen. But as far as the Official Timeline is concerned, a game over against Ganon is a canon alternate ending. So we don't get to see the ending for the Wind Waker timeline. And because of that I can't say whether Link is an adult in it, or if he just vanished when he stuck the Master Sword back into the pedestal. We have NOOO idea. (No, I don't like it.) There's a lot that doesn't get said. Does Adult Link just vanish? Is he.. duplicated. Young Link changes the past and Adult Link is stuck in his dystopia Hyrule? It's not said. Nintendo has no words on the subject. They may not ever. The Hyrule Historia is worded very carefully that Nintendo confirms or denies anything. Instead they say things like "The Ocarina of Time is the same shade of color as the time stones from Skyward Sword.. could the Ocarina have been forged from this material?" It's word play. To someone like me, that's as good as confirming it's true. But Because it's a question. Nintendo never has to confirm it. When accused, Nintendo can say "We didn't say that. We asked YOU if YOU thought it was possible." And then they smile.
Nintendo is bright. They're really, really smart. Everything is protected by plausible deniability. So don't expect them to confirm or deny anything.
This is just my thoughts and opinions. You're more than welcome and entitled to you own, I just think I have a good case for presenting mine. I think it's worth considering. If you don't agree, that's fine by me. But I'm not going to see the absence of proof as the impossibility of occurrence.

Alright is then. Nintendo is actually smarter in gameplay too! Sony and Microsoft got the powers of art and graphics, but Nintendo is a LOT smarter in gameplay and stating that games don't have to have the best graphics to have a good game! I can't believe how hard Ubisoft or what company made Assassin's Creed Unity so screwed up!
