This is a Vamphyri Lord, a truly old and venerable vampire. I didn't have enough room for his wing so it's a little condensed. My apologies for this lack of foresight when drawing this, BUT on to the vampire lord...

These truly powerful vampires have increased their covenant with hell and gain even more power than normal vampires. They can change into a more terrifying demonic vampire form gaining demonic armor, greater strength, and enhanced abilities. They gain hellish powers like control over fire and able to call forth infernal flames, or can even seem to teleport short distances, summon minor demons of hell to aid them, all is not known of what they can do making them the most deadliest vampires in existence.

Even some of their weaknesses lessen. Some of them can walk in the day and are only weakened to a lesser power state rather than burn in God's light. Some can take holy water to their flesh and although it burns and pains them it is far less a mortal wound to them. They can begin to resist crosses and even a wound through the heart will not kill them if not fallowed by immediately by other means of holy retribution.

In my campaign world there is only one thing vampire lord pauses to consider a threat, and that is Morkavian Werewolves, who specialize in killing vampires in order to prolong their own lives and enhance their own powers. Amongst the Morkavian werewolves the oldest of vampires are the greatest of prizes, but even the Morkavian werewolves know that to hunt a Vampire Lord is a huge risk to life and soul, even for them.
