Description

After an exciting debut against her soon-to-be brother-in-law, where a certain Leviathan Thundercat may or may not have been humiliated. But although a rocky start, Doopy was back again and ready to prove that she, Raiju has got what it takes to hang with the big fishes in this vast ocean! Tonight she was going up against a newly debuting Basking Shark, who Doopy little to go on as a competitor. Yet seeing this surfing party girl come down the ring ramp all the while chilling and dancing with a slushie in hand, Doopy at first was confused whether or not this lady was seriously her opponent or not. Despite underestimating whether or not her seemingly unserious opponent was an actual fighter, Raiju made an attempt to befriend the party girl….only to quickly get shut down by Mitzi. Doopy wouldn’t let that get her down though, she knows you can’t win everyone over after all. She also knows this isn’t a friend competition this is wrestling and she is ready to show what she is made of!

As the bell rang, Doopy took this opening to start off lightning hot and flew over to her seemingly unprepared opponent and hit her square in the chest with a Shotgun Dropkick. The force was so great this caused the surfer girl to fall out of the ring. Just as the Thundercat mounted the ring apron to follow up her explosive beginning move, Doopy would see that her opponent was a little bit more unorthodoxly innovative. While Raiju jumped off the ring to perform a Double Axehandle strike to the seemingly still-rocked Mitzi, she was suddenly splashed and blinded by an unknown substance that she later figured out was soda that Basking Shark grabbed from a fan. Blinded by this carbonated drink that filled her eyes and nose, Doopy couldn’t stop herself from flying straight into the barricade. Cursing at her foe’s underhanded tactics, Doopy would be punished further by being shoved back into the same barricades that she flew into. Deeming her opponent was really “unchill” and “ruining the vibe”, Basking Shark took this opportunity to really cement Raiju’s lameness by ahem- open-handed smack one of Doopy’s peaches. This would echo throughout the arena as the audience equally got a bit of fan service and a show of clear disrespect. As Mitzi’s handprint faded from Doopy’s backside, the Thundercat turned around slowly with murderous intentions in her eyes. Some of the audience members in the front row could’ve sworn they saw steam leave her ears, and the few that were right in front of her could even see a small fire in her eyes. As Doopy chased Mitzi back into the ring in a classic cat-and-mouse chase, she would once again be a victim of her own oversight. Once Basking Shark was saving within the ring, Doopy threw caution into the wind and blindly went straight for her. Anyone with a cooler head at the time would know this was clearly a trap which it indeed was. As Doopy tried lunging forward to grab her opponent, she was met and cut to the ring with a well-time Spinning Heel Kick! From there Mitzi would try to break down her opponent and snuff out this Latina firecracker with a Sit-out Facebuster with a follow-up pin. Yet this underestimation that simply one move would put down Doopy would cost Basking Shark. At the 2-count, the Thundercat would surprise her mounted opponent with a quick and painful fist to the cheek. Knocked off her still-active opponent, Mitzi would then be the one mounted and be assaulted with various punches to the face and body.

From there, with Doopy in control and beating down and bruising up her opponent, Basking Shark was now the one on the run and literally on the ropes at this point of the match. While Mitzi lay resting on the ring ropes, Doopy tried coming from behind and laying in some nasty shots to the surfer girl’s back! Landing some here and there, Basking Shark would desperately turn around and attempt to throw her foe out of the ring which turned out to be fruitful. Just as Mitzi managed to dump her opponent to the outside, the party girl took this time to recompose herself before she tried something wild. Stomping her feet down on the mat in an attempt to amp herself up and even some members in the crowd began calling out expecting something big to happen! Rushing to the other side of the ring and once again bouncing off the ropes, Basking Shark coming through the ropes like a rocket went straight into the recovering Doopy! After the nasty collision of the Suicide Dive, it must’ve of really shot a motivational fire underneath Mitzi’s butt. “COWABUNGA BITCHES!!!” The party girl would yell out as she snatched another drink from an audience member and raised it. Some fans applauded this raise of the glass and even cheered as Basking Shark chugged the entirety of the alcoholic beverage. Smashing the can against her head, Mitzi would drag her downed foe from the ground and shove her onto the ring apron.

Instead of pushing her opponent fully into the ring, Mitzi kept her foe right on the ring apron, arguably the hardest area of the ring. Hopping onto the ring apron as well, Mitzi decided to be equally cruel and creative by beginning to stand on the spine of her foe. Acting like she was a surfboard, Basking Shark began to rapidly shift her weight around her opponent’s back as she ‘caught all of the waves’! Finishing her surfboarding, Mitzi would hop up high and stomp her feet down on both the back and back of the head of Doopy. Doopy lifted her head up as she was so much pain, but just as she did her face was planted straight into the ring apron. This nasty-looking impact made Raiju’s whole body shake for a second, then she froze…then she slid down falling onto the floor again this time seemingly not moving a muscle from what just happened. Fans grimaced as Doopy's face bounced off the ring apron and had a feeling at that point that the Latina was out for good. Their fears were reinforced as Basking Shark had no issue picking her foe up and rolling her back into the ring!

Motionless and looking out of it, Mitzi lifted Doopy off the mat and set up to what looked like her finisher! A Guillotine Leg Drop that she calls The Vibe Check! Being put into a reverse DDT position Doopy’s arms dangled lifelessly by her sides for the inevitable to happen which was Mitzi’s finisher crushing the poor cat into the mat. Doopy’s arms and legs flopped ungracefully on the mat, her hair splatted all over the ring, and the Raiju's eyes may as well have been glued shut and they didn’t even flutter open a little bit.

After just flawlessly hitting her finishing move on Doopy, instead of outright pinning her KO'ed opponent- Mitzi took her sweet ass time. Basking Shark fixed her hair, stretched a bit, and even fetched her slushie from her corner. But the moment Mitzi took a sip from her drink she cringed. It probably was because she drank several different concoctions and a sip of her slushie isn't mixing well. Annoyed by this mild inconvenience, Mitzi smiled at an idea that she could do.

"So Hothead, totally ruined the vibe to a point that my drink tastes off. Uncool, totally uncool. Hm, hope this cools you off then!" With that Basking Shark just dumped the entirety of her slushie's content on Doopy's head before straddling and pinning her. Doopy barely even flinched as the cold icey drink made contact with her nor did Mitzi’s straddling her for the pin attempt that ultimately resulted in a Basking Shark victory!!!

With that, Raiju’s record is now 0-2 both losses resulting from embarrassing finishes and the postmatch shenanigans weren’t any better. To sum it up, Basking Shark gave Doopy some advice to “ learn to kumbaya and shit” as well as that the Latina owes her a new slushie. Obviously, Basking Shark was being unserious about this last part and was just doing some postmatch smack talk, but Doopy would surprise everyone as she would legitimately go in her jacket and pull out some cash from her jacket and give it to Mitzi. This totally threw off Basking Shark and made her lose it and die from laughter. As a response, Mitizi gave Doopy her a surprise peck to the cheek and went off to find a new drink- preferably something alcoholic. Doopy would leave the ring as well once she realized what was on her hair and headed straight for the locker room shower. Needless to say, we enjoy our Leviathan antics as they continue to entertain and become more and more over the top. Stay tuuuuuune for the next one ladies and gentlemen!
