I thought that if you hold/touch the keyblade and it does't vanish, then you're a wielder?Β
I mean, Aqua didn't give the keyblade to Kairi, yet she can wield the keyblade, and Sora's vanished seconds after Jack took it.

There are two ways to inherit the keyblade:
The "Keyblade Inheritance Ceremony", with the typical passage Terra recites as he hands his keyblade to Riku. This is the traditional way and makes the receiver your official successor.
The other way is a more indirect manner: simply touching the keyblade can do it. BUT...I think that person has to either have a certain amount of light within them, or at least a strong enough heart to hold it. Kairi inherited the keyblade when she touched Aqua's, officially making her Aqua's successor...albeit, indirectly, as Aqua never personally handed it down to her. But being a Princess of Heart, she bears no darkness within her. Although, this could probably mean that even the other Princesses could wield one. But we may never know.
While this sounds similar to Jack with Sora, Sora never handed it to Jack directly OR indirectly. He simply gave it to Jack KNOWING the keyblade would reject him. As Jack said, "Hold up. That was far too easy. What's the rub?" , in which the keyblade returned to Sora immediately after that.Β
I mean, back in KHI, the keyblade immediately disappeared from "Leon's" hands and returned to Sora's once the latter had awakened after their fight. If people could acquire it simply by touching it, with no other needed capabilities, then even the Final Fantasy characters could wield one. But they're only known to have extensive knowledge of the keyblade; they don't actually bear the capability to wield it. I'm sure it's the same with the Disney characters as they don't even know about it -- outside of the villains, Yen Sid, King Triton, and those from Disney Castle.

I just found out that you have to be a keyblade wielder. Sora technically isn't a Keyblade wielder. Because the Keyblade was supposed to go to Riku, but because Riku has succumb to darkness, the Keyblade chose Sora instead because he has a stronger heart. this technically does not mean he's a keyblade wielder. the reason why Riku has a keyblade was because of course Terra granted him the power but it has to be a legitimate ceremony through a Keyblade wielder and Riku has to accept it. As for Kairi, she's no different from Sora, they shared a connection with each others heart thus giving her the power to wield a keyblade.

No no, Sora is a keyblade wielder because he shares his heart with Ventus at the moment. So rather, Ven is the wielder. Big question is though, when Ven gets his body back, will Sora still be able to use the keyblade?

okay I'm half right forget about what I said that Sora is not a Keyblade wielder in fact he is like a prodigy.the thing about it is that if it weren't for soras light ventas would never survived, therefore, Sora is a Keyblade wielder but he did not give Jack Sparrow the proper ceremony to become a Keyblade wielder. and about Ventus leaving Soras heart, it's debatable however possibly we'll lose the ability to use the Keyblade but like I said he's a prodigy so without a doubt he's a Keyblade wielder.

I would imagine the keyblade wielder has to have a certain amount of potential to wield the keyblade, which the FF characters don't seem to have. The keyblade disappeared from Leon's hands, in the same way it did Jack's, once Sora was nearby again.Β
This would explain how Kairi can wield it and the others can't. Kairi probably has some latent potential, some capabilities the others do not bear that allows her to wield it. It could also help that her heart is pure light.
