Description Tinker can barely think of anything but possessing the source of the music as Jennifer scrambles up the edge of the crater towards safety beyond.  Her orange-hued minion, already having released the elven assassin, is already turning its turret toward the fleeing girl in white.  As if in slow motion, she watches the elf spring to her feet, knife in hand.  Chad's eyes burn with the same desire that Tinker feels as his gaze focuses on the redhead.

The leather-clad heroine understands at once what is happening.  They are effected in the same way that she is, filled with the desire born from the music.  But they don't know its true source, so their attention is focused on Tinker, mistakenly believing that the music emanating from beneath her is from her.  It's Jennifer's power in action, though somehow amplified to the levels their instructors always felt that the girl could achieve.

Through the oppressive weight of her yearning, she remembers the ways she was taught to deal with it.  Refocus.  Reframe the desire.

She needs to possess Jennifer.  But she can't do that if she's captured by Chad or the silent elf.

As Sharpshooter fires, Tinker's minion fires a glob of the same stuff it had used to bind the elf earlier.  The beam from the pistol is intercepted by the goop, caught hovering in the air instead of Tinker.  As the elf leaps into the air, Tinker mentally commands her orange mini-bot to fire its thrusters and burst into the air, hitting the assassin's shoulder and knocking her off course.

And then, suddenly, the air around her is bathed in purple light, a beam from above.  The elf continues on her new trajectory, traveling upward as though drawn up by the energy field.  Eyes wide, Tinker bends over, reaching for the metal grating beneath her.  But before she can close her fingers around it, she finds herself drawn up into the air, floating away from the earth.

She has only a moment to think.  The robot's thrusters might be enough to pull free.  She sends the order and it flies into the air once more, driving into Chad's stomach and flying him free of the beam's grasp.

I love how Tinker's jacket looks a little too big for her. Cool effects being used

Thank you! It definitely is great the way it fits on her. Just adds to the whole "not a sidekick" vibe!

This fight scene is becoming more of a circus act now! It looks like poor Chad's acrobatic routine is about to end rather painfully though

It really is turning into quite the cluster!  That seems to happen whenever my heroes and heroines get together in any kind of quantity.  Chaos ensuing!

This is awesome!  I wonder if it's proceding as Old Man Crapcoat wants, or if it's spinning out of his control.

Thank you so much. I had a vision for it, and it came out different from that vision (always do) but I was happy with the finished product! Glad you liked it!

Awesome and creative shot with everyone in the air doing some sort of acrobatic motion!  Hoping Tinker has a softer landing than it looks like she's going to have!

Thank you! It might not be a landing at all for her! More coming soon!
