Everyone has heard of "Grumpy Cat" by now. Well, here is "Grumpy Owl". This strigiform fowl definitely has an attitude. Though he did not shy from flash photography. It was displayed at Fantasy Con in Salt Lake City by an organization that rehabilitates wild birds of prey.
