It is indeed all Photoshop. Actually there's a little 3D in here from an old personal piece I did using Strata Vision 3D - a now defunct bit of software that I really miss using - but otherwise, yes. It's Photoshop.

i know this is going to be a stupid question, but bear with me: is this the first major graphic novel you have written?

Thank you! Actually I used to write more - I did a Death's Head II book called Death's Head Gold, co-wrote Bloodseed with Paul Neary and F**king Savages with Steve Niles. I wrote Necromachia in Event Horizon, illustrated by Lee Carter, and there's my novel - though obviously that's not a graphic novel. This is a 40 page one-shot graphic novella though, and is probably the biggest comic related project I've written really, so you're kind of right.
There have been a hundred pitches and submissions, though, that never got off the ground...

oh wow thats awesome, i had no idea, sorry haha
so ive talked to you before about publishing and just general tips on creating graphic novels, and my buddy and i have come up with the plot for our graphic novel we are trying to get off the ground. It is our first project like this, so its pretty difficult for us. would it be ok with you if i sent you the plot synopsis to get your thoughts about it? If not, no hard feelings, i just think help from professionals is priceless.
