In all honesty, I cannot come up with a way to describe the plot of Dalek Attack in any sane fashion, so I think I'll just go with some totally made up stats.
Daleks were created by Terry Nation and originally designed by Ray Cusick. This variant is based on the Daleks that appeared in Admiral Software's 'Dalek Attack' game and the Edwin Hall ride-in Dalek.

'Dalek attack' is a game that I'd like to see remastered. I tried to play an Emulated version of it, but the lag drove me nuts.
If they ever do it, I hope they get you on board for the project.
