Description
Eternity Circle Dalek: Time War eraAs the Time War intensified, both sides dedicated special divisions to the creation of increasingly destructive temporal weapons. The Eternity Circle was created to oversee the Dalek Empire's response to the deployment of the Omega Arsenal and was directly responsible for many of the resultant temporal-active atrocities, acting as both a research council and a strategic command unit. Although not independent from the Emperor's oversight in the manner of the Cult of Skaro, their authority on the temp-active front lines was only exceeded by the Time Controllers.

Not much to say here - just a recolour to match the description in 'Engines of War'. However, having said that, I did remodel my Time War Dalek's mid-section to get the shape more accurate - previous orthos updated to match!
The Daleks belong to the Terry Nation Estate, Doctor Who to the BBC and Eternity Circle was created by George Mann.

Here's what I think; The Supreme Concil is lead by the Supreme Dalek(Well that's either a common assumption or fact). While the Dalek Time Strategist lead the Eternity Circle but was destroyed sometime between Engines Of War and War Doctor 3, leaving the Eternity Circle to be lead by a Eternity Circle Dalek that was gold instead of blue(its been awhile since I read that book).

Would you make the Predator Dalek? For all its description, I've never been able to visualize what it would actually look like.

That'd be cool to see.
In the meantime, I think this guy pretty much has its appearance correct:

How come the BBC didn't come up with introducing this type of Dalek in the new series?

Nice render, I like how you made the globes and rims a golden-silver as their description was rather flux when it came to them.
I still say these wannabe's are the incompetent cousins of the Dalek Time Controller. Stolen colour scheme and all. But I guess they get points for trying

I think all Daleks generally get points for trying . . . I mean, it must take effort to come up with some of those overcomplicated plans!
Glad you like the render!

I'll need to finish my Emperor model first! Which is proceeding very, very slowly due to a lack of actual plans!
