Temporal Weapons Dalek: Time War eraThe pinnacle of the Eternity Circle's weapons programme, the Temporal Weapons Dalek was equipped with a full powered de-mat gun capable of retroactively removing its targets from existence. It is likely that mass production of the TWD would have ended the War swiftly in the Daleks' favour, however the Doctor's intervention resulted in the project itself being removed from the time lines.

I thought it made sense to take inspiration from Invasion of Time for this one (something I never thought I'd say!) - an evil version of the most horrific weapons ever made. Fun times!
The Daleks belong to the Terry Nation Estate, Doctor Who to the BBC and Temporal Weapons Dalek was created by George Mann.

Well, the big plot in the book this is from is to harness the temporal rift that powers these Daleks as a massive version of the weapon and use it to remove the Time Lords from history. So broadly yes, but I think with just the Temporal Weapons Daleks on their own, it might take a little while!
