Zeg the Invicible (who wasn't) from the TV21 Dalek Chronicles as a Red Lantern. Zeg was an ordinary worker in the Dalek Inventions Factory until he was struck by lightning and a few gallons of untested metalert. He developed a casing resistant to everything but extreme cold (not that he knew that to begin with...) and delusions of grandure. He challenged the Dalek Emporer on the grounds that he was now the strongest. The Dalek Emperor, being the cleverest, managed to drop a lot of liquid oxygen on him and shattered him into a million pieces. I should probably explain, by the way, that they were engaged in a one-on-one duel at the time. Because the Dalek Brain Machine thought this was the best way to choose who should rule.

Remarkable fact of the day: the Daleks did not rebuild the Brain Machine along with the rest of their city after both were leveled in an alien invasion.

Anyway, I thought Zeg should get the hate ring, because he's got rather a lot to be annoyed about. And because, frankly, he was the only interesting evil red Dalek that came to mind.
