In the 2nd Doctor story 'Evil of the Daleks', the Doctor infused a trio of Daleks with the 'human factor': the best bits of the human character and psyche. These three - Alpha, Beta and Omega - ended up leading a rebellion against the Dalek Emperor and its elite. I figure, given that they were given the best bits of humanity, they might be able to take a place in the GL corp without too much trouble.
