Ah, valentines day. Man I wish I had a date
Anyways, I finished this last week thinking Valentines day was last week. How wrong I was.
Anyways, I KNOW Ruby is the cookie lover. That's why the sweets were CHOCOLATE CHIP cookies. Which are the best.

No, I mean the irony of it is cute. Like, imagine if it was all just a show to put in front of his friends, but in secret he really liked her. A lot. Doesn't that seem like somewhat of a foundation to you?

As someone who grew up being bullied, I never could get behind the shipping between a bully & the victim.

Imagine this. Imagine Beacon is under attack, and everyone is being evacuated. Velvet is on an airship out, but notices an old colleage wounded on the ground. She can't leave someone behind, she's too kind hearted for that. Upon closer inspection, she realizes it's Cardin. The man who made her life at Beacon a living hell every day. He's finally getting what's coming to him. So why can't she leave him?

Because she is better than him, and she knows that leaving him proves otherwise. She goes down, putting her life in danger, for this man who hates her over her heritage.
Later, when Cardin wakes up, he finds himself covered in bandages in a medbay he doesn't recognize. He remembers approaching death, before soft hands and a kind voice lifted him out of darkness. Everything after that is a blank. He asks the nurse what happened, and is surprised to find that it was Scarlet who rescued him.
Something awoke in him after that, even if only faintly, and though neither of them realize it yet, this was the beginning of something wonderful, though ironic.
At least, that's how I envisioned it. I'm really sorry you were bullied, it's absolutely horrible.

In the DVD and Itunes version of RWBY, there's a small scene between the Forever Fall episodes, where Pyrrha turns and looks up at the cliff where Jaune and Team CRDL were spying on her.
Ruby asks Pyrrha if she's ok. Before she can reply, there's the sound of a jar opening, followed by slurping sounds, then Pyrrha looks down and finds that her jar of red sap is empty. She turns to someone offscreen and shouts,
"Nora!"
