Rouge as Sailor Venus.Some of you may say that Rouge dosen't fit as Sailor Venus.
But Rouge knows what love isn't AS MUCH AS Amy knows what love is.
Two different viewpoints, two totally different personalities.
On one of my image research runs, I ran across a site that had Sailor Venus's Bio, on the bottom it said Venus has problem with her mom and the police. Who else better fits that bill then the busty bat girl herself?
