Description
This would split deviations being submitted to groups into TWO stacks.Awaiting Approval Stack
For deviations that are in the "WITHDRAW"-able
Need Votes
Deviations that need votes.
They are all mixed together and more often than not I find myself accidentally deleting deviations that have been submitted that needed a vote.
