Recently a number of readers have commented having trouble telling the female characters apart, a wave somehow after 75 pages. One suggestion was to do the comic in color. Like most people who make comics, I've had other comics before, and while my first comics were in B&W, this was my first B&W comic since about 2002. I may have underestimated how different each character needed to look.

So my first step is color, something people have been requesting anyway. I'm already hours late, and didn't have the option of adding shading, but I don't know yet if I'm going to just go with (easy) flat colors, try to shade it, or even recruit a colorist (Vader I know has already offered, but I only assume he meant this Pulse. Although adding a second person would bring complications that need to be considered).

The other step is to consider if I need to redesign some of the characters who have appeared less. Annie and Tabitha I think can't really change (just considering how often they have appeared at least, and that I can draw them from memory). But the other three females- Dr. Mae, Lucy, and Mira+Arim (who are twins), need to be evaluated and I might come up with some possible changes, maybe even a slight option and then a radical option for each. I'll post those options here and try to get some feedback. Of the women, only Annie and Tabitha appear in this chapter. I don't need to make a sudden choice about it.

I had considered waiting for a few weeks to make any change, but I'm impatient. I suspect that this will mean me trying to add color to the older pages. Although any flashbacks will be in B&W.
