In the story I'm writing other Grimm try to eat it (since it can absorb human souls other Grimm think it's a human as well (like reverse canabilism lol))

This is your creation, right?
If so, I´ve got two questions:
1. When does it absorb its victim´s souls? I´m guessing after killing it, but I just wanted to ask.
2. How long does it keep the victim´s semblance?
3. How intelligent is it?

you know the movie Ghost Rider? basically that. once it grabs you it'll pull you in close where it'll go all dementor on you. this ignores all aura, but can be interrupted if it's attacked, which is why it attacks through stealth. this means it's virtually a one-shot kill against any Huntsman, and it holds the soul/semblance as long as it desires, it can corrupt the soul to heal itself slightly, but that gets rid of its semblance, it can only hold one soul at a time so it usually tries to pick out the best or most useful semblance. as far as it's intelligence is concerned, it's lived long enough to fully understand the human language, as well as train itself to think smarter than expected. whereas other Grimm will attack on sight, it will track it's victims in secrecy until the time is right to strike. at one point in the story it's following a team of Huntsmen, and at night while one is keeping watch it purposely snaps a couple limbs to get the attention of the night-guard, once he starts investigating, he doesn't find anything, until he turns on his light, revealing that the Grimm was above him, using all the black parts of its body to hide the white armor, making it almost invisible at night. needless to say, the group didn't survive the encounter.

sorry for the long response, and yes I know a highly intelligent Grimm with a one-shot kill is a bit OP but in the story, it's a one of a kind.

Yeah, I´ve seen Ghost Rider.

Also, what if the person it´s holding attacks it? For example, one of my OCs, Sirena Blue, has a semblance that allows her to poison living beings through physical contact, unless they have an aura. It also affects Grimm, by the way.

And don´t worry about your fan-made Grimm being OP. I´ve made some pretty tough ones myself:

1. The Leech: A small, symbiotic parasite that latches onto any living being without an aura and become a part of that organism, be it animal, Grimm, human/faunus, or plant. Should it attach itself to a huntsman whose aura has been depleted, the regenerating aura will protect it as well.
A Leech´s main threat comes from its relationship with its host, as the host experiences an increase in all physical stats (strength, speed, stamina, etc.), and the Leech shares a neural link with its host, meaning that mentally, they become one entity.
Even the oldest and most powerful Leeches don´t grow beyond the site of an average corgi, and should their host die, the Leech takes full control of it. If the host is a Grimm, however, the Grimm will turn into a puddle of black ooze, spawning even more Leeches.

2. The Wisp: A Grimm with a similar size to the Geist, but it has three eyes, tentacles instead of arms and is about as weak as the Geist. They can hypnotize people, putting them to sleep, and then take control of their dreams. They can also take control of the dreams of people who already sleep, btw.
Using nightmares or pleasant dreams, they can steal valuable information from a victim and give it to an ally in said ally´s dreams, or warp the victim´s mind to make them loyal to Salem.
Speaking of whom, the Wisp can of course create an image of Salem in a victim´s dream, and Salem can use a Seer to assume direct control of that image of herself, allowing her to talk to others in their dreams.
Due to the nature of sleep and dreams, a huntsman´s aura can´t protect them from the Wisp, and it takes years of training to even be able to assume control over a dream controlled by a Wisp.
When in the dream realm, they are neigh-invincible, as they control every aspect of a victim´s dream.

Funfact: I´m playing with the idea that Hazel is under the influence of a Wisp, which warps his perception of dream and reality.
Basically, he´d fight Grimm alongside his sister in his dreams, but think the dreams were real. And every time he goes to sleep in his dreams, he wakes up and does whatever Salem says, because Hazel thinks it´s all just a dream and doesn´t matter anyway.
