Really nice job on the clothing, dude, especially those ruffles in the cape. Everything is on point EXCEPT the only criticism I'd make is that her hips are a little thin for female anatomy. Other than that, looks fuckin rad.
Also I'm going to go out on a limb and guess NIECE.

Probably because I didn't include the legs, which are a bit skinnier than her thighs, so it gives the illusion that her legs are all that thickness.
And, I meant for Maruna to look a bit close to her late thirties, so if she was Lucian's niece, Lucian's sister must be around 60, which means his mother, Maruna's grandmother, would be nearly a hundred years old.
