After the previous year's Harmony of a Hunter where I did 25 years in one Image.. I had NO IDEA what to do a second time.
So after banging my head on it for a while, my brother got me inspired to do some bosses, and then I wanted to do ALLLLLL THE BOSSSEEESSSS.
But that looked awful. So I cut it down to a dozen.

It must sat a lot about me when I can name most of those dudes. Emperor Ing looks badass, the Sa-X looks primal as fuck which is also awesome, and the way it looks like Ridley wants to dive bomb Samus is GREAT.

I really wanted these guys to be vicious as hell, that was pretty much the end goal. Ridley is so fun to draw!

I will be fully honest with you! I never liked the design of Metroid Prime (the end boss) Just some like.. evil crab monster? What the hell, guys?
But even without that, it's a spacial thing. Pretty hard to fit something that huge into this image with the composition it is now. I originally had a bunch of other characters, including Phantoon (Who I DO like the design of) But it was just too much cluttering up the space.

I tried to indeed use Dark Samus as a way to represent the series at least. Prime 2 ended up with a bunch only because they came up with some perfectly nightmarish stuff. It's actually my least favorites in the Prime series.

Haha! Mother brain is one of the more obvious ones. But did you find the ball guardian or Vorash? now those get tricky.

Please say where the bugger is hiding so I can go "Oh that's where it was!" and feel like a dummy for not finding it! XP
