Description Stop the racist and hate comments. I don't want to see them here, and If I will see them, I'll simply hide them. If you have something intelligent to say, then say it. If the only purpose of your words is to criticize someone or to annoy him, I'll simply hide your comment. This work was to support Israel, but not to increase the Israeli-arab conflict. This is not the place for racisem and laughing at other people.

It's time that there will be an answer to the "FOR GAZA" works. A bit patriotisem can only do our country good now, and sow can to show our support.
Searching the term "FOR GAZA" in the deviation search shows so much anti-israelic works, and I'm very disappointed for the lack of pro-israeli works.

Unlike the "FOR GAZA" work, I don't think that using red and black that symbol violence do any help. I used blue colors because I want this war to end, yet not like the previous cease fire - this time I want true peace between Israel and GAZA. Blue colors are somehow neutral, and since they are the colors of the israeli flag, this is why i chose them.

Putting this in your gallery simply means that you support Israel. The operation is not against the palestinian nation, it's only against the terror organizations there which fire rockets on a daily basis on Israel.
Please link to the original work here if you submit it to your gallery

If you are an Israeli or simply a supporter of Israel in the operation which is held in Gaza right now, please submit this to your gallery.
You can also simply comment, favourite, send the link to others if you don't want to submit this work
If you can, also copy this comment into your work.

I am sorry, which operation in Gaza are we talking about? Oferet Yetzoka (over one thousand people dead), or Amod Anan (over Two hundred people dead) - four years after it without getting anything?
I am an Jewish Israelist, and I am for Israel - For a democratic, non racist, peace seeking Israel! So if you support Israel, don't encourage it to go on wars, killing people in vain, increasing the diplomatic isolation, giving legitimacy to terrorist organizations! submit this caption to your gallery, but with two flags behaind it! two flags for two peaceful countries!
----------------------------------------------------------

YOU WORRY ME!
By Captain John Maniscalco, American Airlines Pilot

I've been trying to say this since 911, but you worry me. I wish you didn't. I
wish when I walked down the streets of this country that I love, that your color
and culture still blended with the beautiful human landscape we enjoy in this
country. But you don't blend in anymore. I notice you, and it worries me.

I notice you because I can't help it anymore. People from your homelands,
professing to be Muslims, have been attacking and killing my fellow citizens and
our friends for more than 20 years now. I don't fully understand their
grievances and hate, but I know that nothing can justify the inhumanity of their
attacks.

On September 11, ARAB-MUSLIMS hijacked four jetliners in my country. They cut
the throats of women in front of children and brutally stabbed to death others.
They took control of those planes and crashed them into buildings, killing
thousands of proud fathers, loving sons, wise grandparents, elegant daughters,
best friends, favorite coaches, fearless public servants, and children's
mothers.

The Palestinians celebrated, the Iraqis were overjoyed as was most of the Arab
world. So, I notice you now. I don't want to be worried. I don't want to be
consumed by the same rage, hate and prejudice that has destroyed the soul of
these terrorists But I need your help. As a rational American, trying to protect
my country and family in an irrational and unsafe world, I must know how to tell
the difference between you, and the Arab/Muslim terrorist.

How do I differentiate between the true Arab/Muslim Americans and the
Arab/Muslim terrorists in our communities who are attending our schools,
enjoying our parks, and living in OUR communities under the protection of OUR
constitution, while they plot the next attack that will slaughter MORE of the
same good neighbors and children?

The events of September 11 changed the answer. It is not MY responsibility to
determine which of you embraces our great country, with ALL of its religions,
with ALL of its different citizens, with all of its faults. It is time for every
Arab/Muslim in this country to determine it for me.

I want to know, I DEMAND to know and I have a right to know, whether or not you
love America .... Do you pledge allegiance to its flag? Do you proudly display
it in front of your house, or on your car? Do you pray in your many daily
prayers that Allah will bless this nation; that He will protect it and let it
prosper? Or do you pray that Allah will destroy it in one of your Jihads? Are
you thankful for the freedom that this nation affords? A freedom that was paid
for by the blood of hundreds of thousands of patriots who gave their lives for
this country? Are you willing to preserve this freedom by also paying the
ultimate sacrifice? Do you love America? ? If this is your commitment, then I
need YOU to start letting ME know about it.

Your Muslim leaders in this nation should be flooding the media at this time
with hard facts on your faith, and what hard actions YOU are taking as a
community and as a religion to protect the United States of America . Please, no
more benign overtures of regret for the death of the innocent, because I worry
about who you regard as innocent.... No more benign overtures of condemnation
for the unprovoked attacks, because I worry about what is unprovoked to you. I
am not interested in any more sympathy; I am interested only in action. What
will you do for America - our great country - at this time of crisis, at this
time of war?

I want to see Arab-Muslims waving the AMERICAN flag in the streets. I want to
hear you chanting 'Allah Bless America'. I want to see young Arab/Muslim men
enlisting in the military. I want to see a commitment of money, time and emotion
to the victims of this butchering and to this nation as a whole.
The FBI has a list of over 400 people they want to talk to regarding the WTC
attack. Many of these people live and socialize right now in Muslim communities.
You know them.

You know where they are. Hand them over to us, NOW! But I have seen little even
approaching this sort of action. Instead I have seen an already closed and
secretive community close even tighter. You have disappeared from the streets.
You have posted armed security guards at your facilities. You have threatened
lawsuits. You have screamed for protection from reprisals.

The very few Arab/Muslim representatives that HAVE appeared in the media were
defensive and equivocating. They seemed more concerned with making sure that the
United States proves who was responsible before taking action. They seemed more
concerned with protecting their fellow Muslims from violence directed towards
them in the United States and abroad than they did with supporting our country
and denouncing 'leaders' like Khadafi, Hussein, Farrakhan, and Arafat.

IF the true teachings of Islam proclaim tolerance and peace and love for all
people, then I want chapter and verse from the Koran and statements from popular
Muslim leaders to back it up. What good is it if the teachings in the Koran are
good, pure, and true, when your 'leaders' ARE teaching fanatical
interpretations, terrorism, and intolerance? It matters little how good Islam
SHOULD BE if huge numbers of the world's Muslims interpret the teachings of
Mohammed incorrectly and adhere to a degenerative form of the religion. A form
that has been demonstrated to us over and over again. A form whose structure is
built upon a foundation of violence, death, and suicide. A form whose members
are recruited from the prisons around the world. A form whose members (some as
young as five years old) are seen day after day, week in and week out, year
after year, marching in the streets around the world, burning effigies of our
presidents, burning the American flag, shooting weapons into the air. A form
whose members convert from a peaceful religion, only to take up arms against the
great United States of America, the country of their birth. A form whose rules
are so twisted, that their traveling members refuse to show their faces at
airport security checkpoints, in the name of Islam.

We will NEVER allow the attacks of September 11, or any others for that matter,
to take away that which is so precious to us -- our rights under the greatest
constitution in the world. I want to know where every Arab Muslim in this
country stands and I think it is my right and the right of every true citizen of
this country to DEMAND it. A right paid for by the blood of thousands of my
brothers and sisters who died protecting the very constitution that is
protecting you and your family.

I am pleading with you to let me know. I want you here as my brother, my
neighbor, my friend, as a fellow American..... But there can be no gray areas or
ambivalence regarding your allegiance, and it is up to YOU, to show ME, where
YOU stand. Until then, "YOU WORRY ME!"

CANADIAN COMMENTS:

I totally agree with this sentiment. I hope you will forget all about the
'political correctness' mandate we've had rammed down our throats, and see if
this doesn't ring true in your heart and mind. For Canada , with all the
multiculturalism we've been told is so important....why should we not, as
Canadians, expect that the millions of new people immigrating to our country
will show their love for our country, their allegiance to our country, their
willingness to obey the laws of our country, and acceptance that we are a
Christian country? Just because they are able to enjoy exercising their own
religion, they should NOT expect us to be ashamed of ours. They knew Canada was
a Christian country when they came here. Why are we erasing Christianity because
immigrants who are unwilling to adopt our way of life expect us to? There is
just too much insanity in the world, and we have to start taking a stand.

I hope you will forward this, so that others will feel they are not alone if
they are starting to feel the same.

I understand you want to stop racist and hate comments but putting that sort of art just asks for it, any religiously or politically themed arts always cause arguments. Not to mention thatsubject of the current Israel/Palestinian conflictvery infamous and controversial right now. So if you plan on creating art related to it and siding with one of the countires you need to be prepared for the consequences of inevitable flame war.

FUKH YOU MUZZUE SHITHEAD!!

• War of Independence (November 1947 - July 1949), that started by a 6 months of civil war between Jewish and Arab militias at the end of the British Mandate of Palestine and that turned into a regular war after the declaration of independence of Israel and the intervention of several Arab armies. In its conclusion, a set of agreements were signed between Israel, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria, called the 1949 Armistice Agreements which established the armistice lines between Israel and the West Bank, also known as the Green Line.
• Sinai War (October 1956) - a military attack on Egypt by Britain, France and Israel, beginning on 29 October 1956, with the intention to occupy the Sinai Peninsula and to take over the Suez Canal. The attack followed Egypt's decision of 26 July 1956 to nationalize the Suez Canal after the withdrawal of an offer by Britain and the United States to fund the building of the Aswan Dam.
• Six-Day War (June 1967) - fought between Israel and Arab neighbors Egypt, Jordan and Syria. The nations of Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Algeria also contributed troops and arms to the Arab forces. Following the war, the territory held by Israel expanded significantly ("The Purple Line") : The West Bank (including East Jerusalem), Golan Heights, Sinai and Gaza were occupied from Jordan, Syria and Egypt, respectively.
• War of Attrition (1968-1970) - a limited war fought between the Israeli military and forces of the Egyptian Republic, the USSR and the Palestine Liberation Organization from 1967 to 1970. It was initiated by the Egyptians as a way of recapturing the Sinai from the Israelis, who had been in control of the territory since the mid-1967 Six-Day War. The hostilities ended with a ceasefire signed between the countries in 1970 with frontiers remaining in the same place as when the war began.
• Yom Kippur War (October 1973) - fought from October 6 to October 26, 1973 by a coalition of Arab states led by Egypt and Syria against Israel as a way of recapturing part of the territories which they lost to the Israelis back in the Six-Day War. The war began with a surprise joint attack by Egypt and Syria on the Jewish holiday of Yom Kippur. Egypt and Syria crossed the cease-fire lines in the Sinai and Golan Heights, respectively. Eventually Arab forces were defeated by Israel and there were no significant territorial changes.
• First Lebanon War (1982) - began in 6 June 1982, when the Israel Defense Forces invaded southern Lebanon. The Government of Israel ordered the invasion as a response to the assassination attempt against Israel's ambassador to the United Kingdom, Shlomo Argov, by the Abu Nidal Organization and due to the constant terror attacks on northern Israel made by the Palestinian guerilla organizations which resided in Lebanon. See also Operation Litani.
Second Lebanon War (summer 2006) - began as a military operation in response to the abduction of two Israeli reserve soldiers by the Hezbollah. The operation gradually strengthened, to become a wider controntation!!

I given it a lot of thought recently. I feel I am more inclined towards Israel. It has a right to exist and a right to defend itself. It's the only place in the Middle East a person can be gay, straight, bi, male, female, any faith or no faith and still be protected equally and fairly under the law. No other country in the Middle East has that- heck you would be killed in Egypt if they knew of someone who was gay. Indeed blood has been shed- but I feel Israel respects its people more than any other country there. For that I respect Israel, and thus support it.

Hello,

I did not copy the work - I was inspired by it and did something similar. There is nothing wrong in being inspired by works of other people - a big amount of works in this site is inspired by other works, while the artist took the original idea to the direction he believes in. I even credited the source for my work since I do believe that if you are inspired by something, then you should give credit.

The work was done with my own feelings - I changed the details of the decoration to something which is more israeli, I changed the colors to blue (which symbolizes peace) because I am supporting peace in Israel and mentioning the war using black-red colors is not really helping any of the sides.

Finally, I'm not against the palestinian people. There is a major difference between being an Israeli who supports his country and nation, and between being anti-palestinian. I do hope for peace for both sides, and I do know that both sides are suffering from the current situation. So, if I am also hoping for a better feature for the palestinian nation, there is nothing wrong in being inspired by their work. I have said most of this inside the description of this work.

This work was created to support the efforts made by the Israeli goverment to explain exactly this - we are fighting terror, we are not fighting the palestinian people. I don't think all the palestinians are terrorists - I believe most of them are not. The work has the title "FOR ISRAEL" since it supports the efforts of the israeli goverment, and it was made to remind israelis to support their country and nation.

Hope this answers your comment above, and if not feel free to comment more and I'll try my best to explain what this work symbolizes.

it is ironic that you chose blue(peace) bc your country(israel)is the one who stole Palestine !!1
it is the one who brought war, crime, and barbarians to the world!!1
one clue is that Obama said in a speech that israel should talk the Jordanian valley, when it is NOT EVEN HIS OR YOURS!!!!!!!

Palestine brought peace long ago with israel and allowed them to live in Palestine, but israel wanted more, and wanted destruction!!
i am only a girl who is suffering from the killing and crimes that are happening in her country...a girl who had been kicked out of her beloved home to be able to survive and NOT be killed by israel!!
a girl who eels the pain that her family is going through in Palestine, Iraq, Iran and many other Islamic or Arabic countries!!
and i am only a girl who tries to prove that you should not get pissed because we are trying to protect our country from death!!!!

we are not the terrorists....this is the most unbelievable lie ever made ((just because Palestinians are trying to defend their families when the israeli are killing them doesnt mean they are terrorists, it means that you are the terrorists))!!!

israel government is trying to vanish Palestinian people from this world!!
so dont think they are doing a good thing!!

Hello again,

I have read your comment, and I have learned enough history to know what happened in 1948. Trust me that I'm not blind about what's happening with the palestinians.

The Hamas, which is currently leading the palestinian goverment in the Gaza strip, officially said that they won't recognize a Jewish state on the land of Israel. I'm asking you seriously, what can we do about that? How can we nagotiate for peace with people that won't even recognize our right to exist and live in a country given to us by international law (UN)?
If the Hamas fails to accept the decision of the UN, then why does it even care about the UN? You can't complain to the human rights section of the UN (justified or not, leave that for a second) and also ignore the UN when it decides something which you don't like.
we are not the terrorists....this is the most unbelievable lie ever made ((just because Palestinians are trying to defend their families when the israeli are killing them doesnt mean they are terrorists, it means that you are the terrorists))!!!Being palestinian does not make you a terrorist. Holding weapon to defend yourself does not make you a terrorist. BUT, holding weapon to fight against the existance of a state that was declared as legitimate on November 29th 1947 by the UN, is terror. The UN is an international organization, which is accepted by most countries in the world (including the ones we are talking about) and therefore we must obey it's decisions. If someone does not agree with the UN, then it shouldn't be a memeber of it (and all sides are).

Palestine brought peace long ago with israel and allowed them to live in Palestine, but israel wanted more, and wanted destruction!!Excuse me?! "allowed them to live in Palestine"?! Who said the palestinian people are the ones to decide who lives in Israel (or palestine as you would like to call it)? Both nations have a long history (since the biblical ages) of living in Israel, so I don't see any reason why the palestinians are more legitimate from us to live in Israel and to decide who else lives there.
As far as I know, on 1947 the UN decided that Israel should be divided in to two countries, one palestinian and one Jewish (Israeli). The arabs from all the neighbour countries did not accept it, and attacked us, and that's why our the second part of our independance war was opened one day after that decision. In the war, we got more lands than in the original decision. And it's legitimate, because this is a war which was forced on us and things like that happened in war. And you can't claim for wanting "the palestinian part" from that decision back, because the palestinians refused to listen to that decision in the first place. Changing your mind later because you lost in some more wars (and in all of them the arab countries around us did prepare to attack us, we all know it) and that's how Israel got more lands, that's simply Hypocrisity. You either accept the decision of the UN, or you don't. But don't rely on it later to claim lands after you refused to recognize it as legitimate in the first place.

Israel is negotiaiting with Abu-Mazen right now to try reach peace, and we are willing to give back some lands. We already did this several times in the past (Sinai Peninsula, The unilateral disengagement plan) and we will do it again for true peace. But, as the leaders of the palestinian goverment in gaza refuse to accept a jewsih state in israel, there is nothing we can do. In the same way you want to have a country on the land of Israel, so do we.
one clue is that Obama said in a speech that israel should talk the Jordanian valley, when it is NOT EVEN HIS OR YOURS!!!!!!!None of the "sides" like Obamma (including us Israelis)... This is one thing we have in common

Again, I'm not blind to the fact that the palestinian people are suffering. But so are we, from the Kassam missles, and from some other terror attacks happening here and there. We are trying to hold some negotiation with the palestinian people, but as long as the leaders of more than half of the palestinians (Hamas in Gaza) refuse to sit and talk with us, we can't reach a peace agreement.
Believe me, if the palestinians would have agreed to negotiate with us, with out any preconditions, and our goverment wouldn't have participated, I would be one of the first people to protest against it. Negotiation should be done without preconditions - we already made several peace offers to show our true intention (The disengagement plan, and the freeze of building in the "settlements", a term on which I don't really agree, for 10 months). If the palestinian people refused to take our offers and come to negotiate with us about where and how we should have a palestinian country on the land of Israel, seriously there is nothing we can do. As long as terror will follow, without any attempt to make some peace talks, the Israeli nation will defend itself and it's people. Because exactly like you, we have the right to defend ourselves.

If you have any other comments, feel free to post them. I promise to read them fully and I'll do my best to answer. I'm standing proud to defend my country by justifying it's decisions (when they are right) and by serving it in any other way possible.
I hope we'll have سلام/peace/שלום soon, because I know that both sides aren't enjoying the current situation.

international law BULLS***!!!!
you havent been given this country by law...you just stole it by force!!!
why do you think they are killing us...to teach us a lesson about peace!!
peace no longer exists !!
murder, killing, pleasure to suffer us does!!
all of these things only exist in israel minds!!
im not saying in YOUR mind...but in the governments mind!!

let me ask you SERIOUSLY....if someone killed your family, friends, wife, children, father, mother, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, grandmother, grandfather....would you try to make peace with them, would you trust and believe in them??
try imagining that!!
i dont really have to imagine that because it is already happening to me...us!!!

why do you think you have a right or you are the ones trying to make peace when you are the ones who have started the war!!!
Arab countries didnt prepare to attack you ,they prepared to DEFEND Palestine!!
you are saying we are attacking you...why dont you say that YOU are attacking us!!!

this war didnt force you...you forced the war to exist!!

I don't want to sound ignorant, or be ignorant about this, but every time I am invited to a "For Gaza" or "For Israel" rally I cannot find it in myself to attend either. No matter what side you are "for" no one can dismiss the amount of bloodshed that has happened due to all this conflict. It's just heartbreaking from all sides. Maybe I sound too optimistic but I'd like peace to happen. It's too late to change history, but we all have every chance of making the future look like something worth looking forward to.

I am also hoping for peace that will end this conflict, and hopefully the current attempt of the peace talks will be more succesful than the previous ones.
