Point commission forI really need to work on my backgrounds because this just may be the plainest background I've ever done. I'm so used to flashy, metallic, gradient backgrounds. Anyway, based on this drawing here [link] , he wanted Candace Flynn of Phineas and Ferb in the inflated diving suit but the air hose has somehow broken and has caused Candace to fly about as she deflates. Her friends and brothers look at her awkwardly.
