In one scene in the wreckage left in Godzilla's wake, there was a blink and you'll miss it shot of a shattered glass tank with a label that clearly read "Mothra."

And it wasn't Godzilla that ruined the city. It was years of being abandoned that made it look like it, along with the Muto's rampage at the power plant.

There were so many scene of city wreckage in that movie it becomes hard to distinguish one from the other.

There's also a potential easter egg in another wreckage scene where a pair of firefighters resemble the twin faeries that always summoned mothra
