When I did the Red Dead Redemption-style Woody, I knew I wanted to do likewise for Buzz. Making him a Space Marine seemed like the obvious thing to do, since their armor is remarkably similar.

I hadn't tried it before, since I don't know shinola about Warhammer -- the only video game I've ever played with any success would be Super Mario Bros. -- and the divisions of Space Marines use symbols and colors to represent specific things. I didn't want to look like I didn't know what the hell I was doing, but then I remembered that, of course, I don't. So I just fudged it. I think it looks pretty cool. His shoulder and chest emblem is the modified Space Ranger logo, and I used the laurel crown because, you know, he's a man of peace, after all. Here's hoping the primary colors aren't too precious.

taught me how to use the Multiply Layer function in PS, and it's like a friggin' light turned on! She's my darlin' guru. So I won't be doing the PS tutorial, since I still feel like a kid lamb with all this new stuff.
