How to use #GetWatchers to increase your audience and get more exposure on your art
Lately I have received comments from users who believe that GetWatchers doesn't work. The thing is if you follow the instructions GetWatchers works perfectly for everyone, not only popular or advanced artists. To make it easier to understand HOW this tool works I created a little visual walkthrough. I hope it's helpful for some of you!
Instructions
Every time you clicked on the button your credits counter will go up by
0.7 points. You can view a new artwork every 5 seconds. If you have faved a work or added someone to your watch you can click on the 
red heart button underneath the green button right after that and you will receive 
extra gift credits ranging from 3 to 10 points.When you have collected a nice amount of credits just relax and wait! Within a short time period other GW members will be directed to your art. If you use the Artworks Viewer a lot you will receive notably more views, favs and comments on your art than before. So don‘t hesitate to get your GetWatchers account and try it out!

FAQ
GetWatchers is a tool based on the give and get principle that helps you to get more attention on your art and find new favourite artists. The tool makes it possible to get almost as much views on your art as you have given before on other people‘s art. For 10 views that you have given you will receive 7 views in return. If you have faved a work or added someone to your watch you can click on the red heart button and you even will receive extra gift credits ranging from 3 to 10 points.
Please Note: it‘s not necessary to become a member of the DeviantART group of the same name!
Every artwork needs a bit of advertising, even the very good ones. How will you get out your art to the community if you just sit and wait and don't do anything for it? If your visitors don't like your art they won't fav or comment anyway and go away. But if they do they will be happy to have found you via this awesome tool.

How can I use the credits under "Total Credits Remaining (Not Used)"?The credits you have available will be attributed automatically by the system. If you have a large number of unused credits it's probably because you've seen a lot of artworks. Simply give it time, then, during the week, the credits will be used to give you views. Also, if you don't receive your views please check your url twice by clicking "Verify artwork" button.

It might be called an application but getwatchers.com is a website, not software to be installed on your computer.

I used GetWatchers last month and got more views on my arts.It generally gives views after 4-5 days.But this month i have been using it for last 10-15 days but the views are not getting updated while my credits are being used.

If the people are viewing only your pictures but not your profile than you only get picture views that are only visible in your gallery stats but no pageviews.

I have been using it for 30 minutes and it shows that i have recieved 40+ pageviews but in reality i haven't got even one.Can you help please ?

If the people only view your images the views won't be counted on your front page. If you have a look at your gallery stats you will see that there are two values for views: 3,764 pageviews in total; ... and the 157 deviations ... were viewed 15,252 times. The number of deviation views you only see in your gallery stats.

Put the address of your main profile into the list of uploads and leave the category unselected or choose what you have mainly in your gallery.

Started using this recently and it's actually really useful 
It's like using the 'Random deviation', just with more feedback and exposure.
I'm not sure why deviant art doesn't have a feature like this already, to be honest.

It seems to be a complicated programming that requires a separate website. Probably not easy to implement into the DA architecture.

I got this the first time I tried to log in since 2011? "Account/User Permanently Banned - Illegal Abuse/Fraud detected and/or incorrect use of the system detected. Your IP has been recorded." and they won't reply to any of my notes or tickets, great service : D

What boxes? If you want to submit deviations you need to select a picture either from your hard drive or your stash storage.

I never saw that option. There are little boxes similar to the comment boxes where it said to put in the URL of the deviations.

Well there something wrong about this tool or that's something I didn't understood.
I've joined the tool about 3 days ago...the tool says that I've gained 452 credits (views if i'm right) but Deviantart says that in those 3 days I've gained no more than 90 views :/
Maybe this credits are still unused? But if they are unused why the GetWatcher site says that they are used?

profile views or views on your artwork in all? Because 452 used credits means you got 452 views in all (pageviews and artwork views in general)
