Description 30 x 40 Oil

This has been in the works since May. Took my time on it while doing other paintings. The background is a partial image of an astrolabe. That and the Pocket watch parts floating in the forground symbolize time ticking away. I think I had a dream of this painting because all the critters in there I have painted before wanted to be painted again. So they are waiting; In Line.

This is wonderful and whimsical. Every time I look at it, I notice something new. I absolutely love the clockwork pig (the socks are a great touch)! The style kind of reminds me of Dali's work, and I love Dali.

I only wish I could paint like this...
