Description SpaceGodzilla

--

1994 A.D.
Several objects bathed in a shining light passed through the atmosphere and landed on Earth. They crashed landed on Bass Island. Much similar to the Meteorite before the Mothra incident, the shores off of Bass Island was where Godzilla was sleeping. The impact of the space objects landing on the island woke him up…just like they were meant too. This was only a dark herald as to what would occur.

Meanwhile G-Force was making their next alleged Ultimate Counter-G Weapon. You see, they found something else after the meteorite caused the earthquakes. It uncovered one of the two machines the Mysterians used in their invasion of earth. They called it Moguera. It was buried after the Earthquake and flood buried the Mysterians. G-Force found it; they were running out of options since Mechagodzilla was out of action. The Internal Skeleton couldn’t be repaired. So, they took the same armor of MGII and used it for their new weapon. They made it larger and somewhat sleeker, faster and more powerful. It definitely had more weapons than Mechagodzilla and it didn’t rely on absorbing energy from taking attacks from its opponent.

They recycled technology from Garuda and did something new with the robot. The machine was made of two combinable vehicles. His legs formed into an attack jet called the Star Falcon. His upper torso and arms formed into a drill tank called Moguera Mole. The finished product was called the Mobile Operations Godzilla Expert Robot Aero-type; MOGUERA II.

However, some believed that killing Godzilla was no longer the answer. There was another plan. Project T; attaching a remote controlled Psychic Wave Amplifier on the back of Godzilla’s head, and amplify the waves that he responds to. Then they could control Godzilla. But Project Telepathy required someone with strong Telepathic Abilities; Miki Saegusa was approached. She was now working back at the Psychic Center, teaching students how to use their powers. She believed that Project T was a waste. However, Dr. Chinatsu Gondo and Professor Susumu Okubo were adamant, saying that they’d have to use one of her students. However, she said none of them were skilled enough, using telepathy was dangerous. She gave it some thought.

However, she went silent. She heard something using her powers. She had been wearing earrings that had the Mothra Symbol on them. The Shobijin requested that she’d be their personal liaison with mankind. In return they gave her the earrings that gave her more control over her powers. Now, she heard them calling from Mothra. Stepping outside, she saw a Mothra barely larger than her hand appear. Suddenly the Mothra took the form of the Shobijin. They told her that a terrible space monster was approaching the earth. In the past, there were different reasons as to why this would happen; invasion, killing off mankind, and absorbing the planets life-force. This reason was much more interesting.

“It’s coming to kill Godzilla.”

The Shobijin explained that without Godzilla, Earth would be easily conquered. The Shobijin begged her to protect the planet. It was interesting that a monster was coming personally because of Godzilla. There were only two that would; Ghidrah or Gigan. If either one of them showed up again, there’d be trouble. Though, the new Godzilla would give them a run for their money, but still it would be bad. Hoping to prevent the destruction, Miki agreed to work with Project T.

Two G-Force Agents were sent to Bass Island to work on Project T; Lieutenant Koji Shinjio and Lieutenant Kiyoshi Sato. The pair climbed up the rock face and began trekking into the Jungle. However, Koji noticed that his compass was being thrown off, unable to find north. There was a powerful magnetic field on the island. When they went up to the rocky cliffs, they found huge crystal formations, spitting strange clouds of gas into the air. Where did they come from?

Suddenly they came across Yuki Kuroki – originally proposed the idea for G-Force – when he saved Kiyo from a deadly poisonous spider. They followed him across the rocky area. That’s when they came across Baby. He’d definitely grown – now about the size of Minya. Being a Godzilla-sub species, they believed he wouldn’t get much larger, as Minya still hadn’t grown in over twenty years. He playfully roared at the three humans, and stared happily at Yuki. Yuki was a bit irritated by him. The Little Godzilla was fond of him and followed him everywhere. Afterwards, Yuki took them back down the mountain to his campsite. He’d been living there since he learned Godzilla and his youngster began living there.

Back in Japan, NASA Scientists met with G-Force. They showed a video recording from the Interplanetary Research Vessel. All the electrical systems on board the craft began to short-circuit. Then suddenly large formations impaled through the hull of the ship killing the astronauts. Though the glance was fleeting, the spikes looked like they were giant crystals. NASA wasn’t sure what caused it but their theory was that it was a huge Monster. G-Force was the experts, but they had no data concerning a Space Monster that uses crystals. NASA requested that Professor Okubo and Professor Gondo give their opinions on the matter.

Two days later, G-Force Satellites detected an unidentified object approaching the earth at fast speeds. Their space telescopes could only see the monster as a ball of light until it zoomed it. They saw what looked like a cluster of crystal objects. Miki got a hold of the image and broke it down using the computer. The machine found organic tissue near the base of the cluster. When she got a more accurate 3D model of the cluster made by the computer, she couldn’t believe what she saw. She only hoped that the computer was wrong.

Moguera was prepped for launch to stop the Space Monster. It was decided that Project T would be used on Godzilla. The rest of the team was sent out to Bass Island. The pilots boarded the Machine. Moguera was launched from G-Force hangar and was sent out into Space. Its jets were powerful enough to reach the Asteroid Belt. There it saw the cluster approaching fast. They attacked with the plasma laser fired from Moguera’s eyes. But the cluster wasn’t affected. The crystals rammed into the Moguera scraping past them. Then, the crystal turned around and began moving toward Moguera again. They fired at it again, but suddenly, the crystal released three circular shockwaves toward Moguera. They knocked out the laser guns. Then suddenly, the dark underside of the crystal fired a red lightning bolt. Then they saw the Cluster coming towards them at 12 o’clock. It was fast, but the pilots remembered seeing a fleeting image of the monster attacked to the crystal. It froze them with fear. It scraped Moguera again. When they turned, they activated Moguera’s Auto Lasers in his arms. They had about the same affect as the other weapons. The cluster released more shockwaves that damaged Moguera too severely. The robot couldn’t escape; the pilots were loosing control. The cluster passed one last time, breaking off one of Moguera’s legs. It managed to just barely turn around and limp off toward earth. The Space Monster then made a sound that sound suspiciously like laughter. Whatever this thing was, it was powerful. And it was still headed for Earth.

While this was happening, the day after they landed on the island, Yuki put his two visitors to work for him. The three of them began digging holes along the beach. Yuki brought out large tubular containers and ordered them to put one in each of the holes they dug. He told them they were planting Tear Gas mines. Their target was Godzilla. He’d been coming out of the ocean recently in the past few days. The three of them knew that the mines wouldn’t kill him. But he said the mines were just practice. He then showed them a bullet with a container inside filled with Blood Coagulant. He then explained that Godzilla’s armpit weren’t as armored as the other parts of his body. He’d take aim and hopefully, the drugs would kill him. The two refused to help. They were here for Project T. He like others didn’t have much faith in using Godzilla as a Remote Controlled Toy.

The next day, a Helicopter landed on Bass Island. Gondo, Okubo and Miki stepped off and met with the two G-Force soldiers. Miki expressed her clear hatred of the idea of killing Godzilla now. She explored the island a bit. She crossed the forest and made it to the mountainous area. There she found Baby; she marveled at how large he was. He clearly recognized her, or perhaps her scent. He stared at her happily and playfully rolled a rock towards her. She was startled at first but she knew he was just playing. She then saw him scrunch his clawed fingers of his right hand; it looked like he was waving at her. She smiled at the realization; like Minya, Baby had clear indication of human behavior. Godzilla once had that. She felt he could have it again.

Chinatsu asked Yuki to let Godzilla be. He refused, saying he’d never give up. He showed her the Coagulant Bullet – Kuroki Special. She was upset that making the bullet was the reason he ordered all sorts of drugs from her. Before she could lecture him about it, they heard an explosion. They all rushed down to the beach where they saw Baby wandering across the beach. He either followed Miki back to the base or was looking for Yuki; either way, he set off a few of the mines. Now he was staggering in pain and confusion until he turned away and ran for the jungle. Yuki said it was for his own good that he stays away. He did care for the little guy after all. Miki then felt something. She went to Okubo and told him that Godzilla was moving. They began rushing to get Project T ready.

While on the beach, the three G-Force soldiers saw Godzilla rise up. He began walking toward the beach. The humans ran back to the base to get project T ready. However, Yuki went off and ducked down into the bushes. Koji took a specially made rifle and the Amplifier Capsule. He and Kiyo boarded their motorcycle and went to get into position. Once there, Koji took aim. Yuki began setting off the mines with his remote. The cloud of purple smoke did nothing to him aside from making him move erratically. It threw off Koji’s aim. They saw Yuki preparing to fire. Koji then knew they had to get behind Godzilla, to get a good shot. Yuki also moved to keep from getting in Godzilla’s path. He ran into the jungle and waited for Godzilla to expose his armpit.

Though both parties were working on conflicting goals, Yuki’s tear gas seemed to Koji. Godzilla turned around giving him the perfect shot of the back of his head. He fired the amplifier. It struck Godzilla and opened up, ready to receive the signal. Yuki fired two shots when Godzilla flailed about due to the amplifier striking him. However, Godzilla lowered his arm again, forcing both of them to strike his shoulder. Due to his armor scales, he wasn’t affected. But Yuki wasn’t about to give up. Miki then began attempting to send Godzilla a message. She tried to make him walk. After a moment or two, Godzilla began walking towards the cape. Meanwhile, Yuki began crawling through the jungle, even passing by the other two, to get close to Godzilla again.

The Telepathy Amplifier’s consol began loosing control. Gondo amplified it to Maximum power, but Okubo began fluxing the power. When that happened, it caused a power surge that electrocuted Miki. Koji and Kiyo were called back to the camp. When Miki came to, she felt the Space Monster coming. The crystals began shooting green lighting bolts into the sky. Godzilla began moving toward the center of the island where Baby usually was. Yuki was still after him. Koji decided that they’d help him. Moguera would be used against the Space Monster. They could kill him then and there. They got on their Motorcycle and caught up with Yuki when Godzilla reached the Rocky area. They took a few of his special Bullets and were about to fire. Miki and Gondo begged them to hold their fire. But they ignored her and were going to shoot anyway.

At that moment, the sky went black. The space monster was here! Baby began whimpering when he saw it. The Cluster descended on the island. Suddenly most of the large crystals withdrew into the dark flesh at the base of the cluster, revealing the space Monster for what it truly was. Miki was astounded by it. She couldn’t believe the computer was right.

“It looks like Godzilla!”

It did, the resemblance was uncanny. This was definitely a Godzilla. But it was different. Its skin was dark blue. Its chest was a grotesque shade of red. It had a long tail with a cluster of crystals at the tip. Its claws and dorsal spikes were made entirely of crystal. It had two large crystals extending from his shoulders. Around its mouth were two pairs of tusks. And on its forehead was a glowing orange horn. This creature was truly monstrous. Baby ducked behind a boulder to hide from it. The humans took cover as they watched electrifying sparks shoot from the creature.

Baby looked out from behind the rocks and looked at the invading creature. The little creature tried to be brave and go out and fight it, roaring as loud as he could. But the space monster roared back, much louder as blue lightning from the crystals in the ground arched to his shoulders. The look in his dark red eyes wasn’t too amused with the child’s antics. Baby covered his head as his eyes began to glow. He was scared. He tried to keep advancing toward the creature though. It was clear that like Minya, Godzilla had brought Baby up to be brave and fight back. However, when he tried to advance, a red bolt of lightning was fired from the invader’s mouth. It struck the ground around the infant causing him to fall over. He tried to crawl away but the Monster’s crystals glowed red and more lightning was fired from his mouth.

It looked bad. But the humans saw that Godzilla was still moving through the Jungle to get around the wall of rock that separated him from Baby. The Space Monster was right on top of the infant as it lay helplessly on its side, unable to move. But finally Godzilla rounded the wall and roared at the intruder. The space monster looked back and seemed somewhat pleased that Godzilla had arrived. Godzilla saw Baby on the ground and became even angrier. Godzilla shot his atomic ray at the Space Monster, striking it hard. The monster seemed unaffected. But when Godzilla tried it again, a wall of crystals appeared before the monster, reflecting Godzilla’s beam back at him. The monster then countered with his own lightning blast – dubbed Corona Beam. It circled around Godzilla, wrapping around the Monster King like a snake before striking him in the back.

Godzilla went over, but as he fell, he fired his atomic ray. It struck the space monster, stunning him long enough to allow Baby to roll away. Godzilla pulled himself to his feet and Baby did the same. Godzilla ordered the creature to run to his side and not look back. Baby did so even with the Space Monster shooting at him. Godzilla walked out toward him. Godzilla patted the youngster’s head as Baby took hold of his left leg. Godzilla then shot his Atomic Blast again. Striking the monster, the Space Invader rose into the air and the crystalic cluster emerged from his back once more.

It blasted its Corona Beam at Godzilla many times. Godzilla grabbed Baby and wrapped his arms around him, shielding him with his whole body. However, due to the constant bombardment of the space monster, Godzilla went down. Like Minya would, Baby tried to help Godzilla up. However, suddenly the Space Monster hovered above them. Green pulses were fired toward Baby, bathing him in green electricity. Baby began flying toward the Space Monster. Godzilla reached out and tried to grab him before he was taken away. Baby flew towards the monster until he flew near one of the crystal flowers. The electric lightning arching from them arched to Baby. The lightning drew him into the center of the flower and the crystals closed in on him. The space monster made that laughing sound again as it flew away from the island.

Godzilla moved toward the Crystal Formations. He grabbed hold of one of the crystals attempting to break it, but it electrocuted him, forcing him back. He couldn’t get Baby out unless he beat the Space Monster. He then began to head out to sea. Yuki turned away knowing Godzilla had had its fill of a bad day. Okubo stated that Project T had failed as the consol was knocked out and couldn’t do much. They decided it was time to pack up and leave the island. But Miki said she was going to stay on the grounds that she was worried about Godzilla. When the chopper returned for the group, Koji insisted that he and Kiyo stay, even with the latter’s unwillingness.

At the Counter-G meetings, Gondo showed overhead magnified displays of G-Cells and of the Space Monster’s Cells taken from the battlefield on the island. When both overhead displays overlapped, it was revealed that the Space Monster had exactly the same G-Cells, albeit differences. Due to this similarity it was concluded that the monster was made from the exact same cells. Therefore they called it SpaceGodzilla. They began contemplating how it could be created.

There were at the very least five incidents where G-Cells went into outerspace. Godzilla’s flesh attached to Ghidrah, Gigan, or Mothra, a fragment of Biollante and finally, when Godzilla himself was sent into Outer Space and taken to Planet X. Anyone of the incidents could’ve led to the birth of the Monster; however, due to the immense power the creature had, it would have to be when Godzilla became stronger. Also, examining the cells showed that the monster was still very young. So that excluded all but two instances; Biollante and Godzilla’s Flesh attached to Mothra. However, though there were some similarities to Biollante, SpaceGodzilla had no traces of plant cells in his body, so the answer must’ve been when Mothra went into Space to stop the Meteorite.

From there, they assumed the cell was swallowed into a Black Hole. It was then released through a White Hole. It assimilated crystal organisms and began to multiply. It grew quickly in its own evolutionary system that managed to grow to full size in just two years. It was then exposed to radiation from the explosions of stars. The end result was the birth of the most horrific and powerful monster in history. Now the question is, how would they defend themselves against a creature like that? They were trying to repair Moguera and boost its powers. But at this point, it didn’t stand a chance against the monster.

For the first time since Mechagodzilla’s first appearance, news of the Monster terrified America.

“A Godzilla from Beyond the Stars! Super Powered Mutant Clone descends from the great beyond to challenge to Godzilla to deadly combat. The most powerful Creature the world has ever seen!!!”

Yuki met with the lead G-Force General. Knowing that Project T failed; Okubo left the G-Committee. All that was left was Project M. Next to Kazuma, Yuki was G-Force’s best pilot. He wanted him to pilot Moguera. He didn’t want to ask Yuki, but he knew he had no alternative. He waited for Miki’s answer.

That night, another messenger fairy appeared before Miki on the Island. The miniature Mothra spoke with Mothra’s own voice. It said that with Miki’s Psychic powers, they could beat the Space Monster. Miki knew she was right. Mothra told her, that the Earth belongs to every living being. Miki would defend it. Afterwards, Koji talked to Miki about what she thought of. He said that thinking about him and nothing else would make her life sad. “Life would be Sad without Love,” he said. He was trying to insinuate that there was something between the two of them. But she said that it’s even sadder that all Koji thinks about was fighting. She explained that Godzilla had feelings the same as humans do. It was a very striking statement…But not entirely untrue.

However, that night, strange men in camouflaged suits landed on the island. They broke into the tent, beat up the two soldiers and kidnapped Miki. Shinjio told Kiyo to report back to Counter-G to tell them what had happened. When morning came, Mrs. Gondo came in a chopper to pick them up. They asked her if they knew who kidnapped Miki. She and Yuki knew, but she wouldn’t tell them until they got back to Japan. She then talked about Yuki; she explained why he was obsessed with Godzilla. He was best friends with her brother – Colonel Gondo of the Biollante incident – and he swore he’d get revenge against Godzilla for killing him.

When they got back to Japan, they met up with Yuki. He explained that Okubo was the one that kidnapped Miki. He was now employed by the Yakusa – Japanese Mafia Equivalent. It was no mystery why they would have her kidnapped. He took them to a warehouse that he knew was where the Yakuza was keeping her. Inside, Okubo was using the headset used for the Amplifier to input Miki’s brainwaves. After they had them, they’d amplify them and send them to Godzilla. When Miki asked why he was doing this…well the answer was obvious.

“Power…that’s what Godzilla’s all about.”

That night, the three scoped the terrain and saw that there were barriers all over the area. Yuki then found a manhole – the sewers had another opening on the other side. They were in, now all they had to do was get inside the building. They saw the same satellite dish used for the Amplifier device rise out of the roof. They climbed up there and entered through the hole in the roof. At that time, they were testing the Device. Godzilla rose out of the sea; it looked like it was working.

Elsewhere in Japan, SpaceGodzilla just flew over the mainland. Its electrical powers were causing all electronic devices to go haywire. At dawn when it flew over the warehouse, it shorted out the Controller. Godzilla was released from the control and went under. Okubo began to panic at loosing control. That’s when Yuki, Koji and Kiyo stormed in. They fought off the Yakusa agents and managed to rescue Miki without injury. They found Okubo working like mad to get the machine working again. They decided to leave him. Then when SpaceGodzilla passed over again, the machine exploded, killing Okubo in the process.

SpaceGodzilla moved over Yamagata. They anticipated that he’d be heading for Tokyo. G-Force was searching all over for Yuki. Moguera was fixed and this time, a new weapon, the Plasma Laser Cannon was equipped to its midsection. Its arms could now separate to reveal exploding missiles inside. Moguera was ready to attack with or without Yuki. SpaceGodzilla changed course and headed for Fukuoka. But luckily, Yuki and the others showed up at G-Force before Moguera was launched. The commander offered the pilots’ helmets to Yuki as well as Koji and Kiyo. They were honored to join him aboard Moguera. Gondo finally understood why Yuki couldn’t give up his fight against Godzilla. While the elevator closed, Miki and Koji couldn’t take their eyes from each other. Soon, Moguera launched again.

SpaceGodzilla landed in Fukuoka and crystals began growing out of the ground around the large Tower. News reporters said that the city became Hell on Earth. SpaceGodzilla’s roars were like the cry of an Angry God of War and it looked as though he turned the area around the tower into his fortress. Moguera was moving towards the City when its scopes detected something else. Godzilla had made it to the mainland and was now going through Kyushu to get to Fukuoka. They knew he was headed towards SpaceGodzilla. Yuki took the controls and turned them off course and headed toward Godzilla. He was ordered to return, but ignored the orders and kept going. He fired the plasma lasers at Godzilla before Koji finally knocked him out. The two tied him in the central chair where he would be kept out of trouble. They continued on to Fukuoka to fight SpaceGodzilla.

Moguera flew around the city and attacked the monster from the sky. SpaceGodzilla fired his Corona Beam towards the robot. Eventually the robot landed and used the Spiral Grenade Missiles. Moguera then rolled toward Moguera and drilled into the beast’s neck with its beak. The Plasma Laser Cannon seemed to be most affective. Though even with all of Moguera’s weapons, SpaceGodzilla still overpowered him. Eventually the robot went down. At that moment, Yuki woke up. He noticed the other two were unconscious. SpaceGodzilla was still firing at the machine. He woke the other two up by calling out to them. Thanks to him, they took off before they were damaged. But without their weapon systems online, they were still sitting ducks. But as luck would have it, Godzilla arrived.

Kiyo untied Yuki so they could use all of their weapons against both Godzilla and SpaceGodzilla. But it was obvious who Godzilla’s opponent was today. SpaceGodzilla attacked him as he advanced. SpaceGodzilla was clearly more powerful than before. Godzilla came to close proximity and attacked. Both Godzilla and SpaceGodzilla’s spikes began glowing with each blow they exchanged. When SpaceGodzilla struck, red lightning arched from his hands throughout Godzilla. Godzilla fell over; he was clearly no match for SpaceGodzilla.

But SpaceGodzilla was far from done with him. Yellow lightning arched from his shoulder crystals and bathed Godzilla in a yellow glow. Godzilla was then lifted into the air. Clearly SpaceGodzilla was adept at telekinesis. He threw Godzilla all over the city until he sent him crashing into a building. Godzilla fired his atomic Blasts at Space Godzilla when he got up. SpaceGodzilla hovered into the air, making several crystals rise into the air with him. Suddenly the crystals turned toward Godzilla and began propelling themselves towards him. They were like missiles. He tried to fight them off or block them, but some began to pierce his body or exploded on impact. When SpaceGodzilla landed, Godzilla saw that he was increasing with power.

Godzilla fired his atomic ray at SpaceGodzilla, who blocked it with his crystal shield. However, the ray bounced off and destroyed some of the Crystals. When Godzilla fired again, SpaceGodzilla dropped the shield and let the attack hit him. Godzilla then figured it out. He began blasting the other Crystals, destroying them with his beams. SpaceGodzilla was still increasing with power. It perplexed Godzilla. However, Godzilla then saw the blue lightning arching into the monster’s shoulder crystals. He looked up and saw the lightning descending from the tip of Fukuoka Tower. It was why SpaceGodzilla was in Fukuoka, so it could absorb more energy.

Now Moguera’s weapons were back on. The pilots figured it out like Godzilla did. They separated into the two attack vehicles; Yuki driving the Star-Falcon and Kiyo and Koji driving the Land Moguera. The Machine separated into two. The legs became the attack Jet and a large drill extended from Moguera’s chest as his head was pulled back into the main body. Yuki attacked SpaceGodzilla from the air and Moguera shot at him from the ground. Eventually, the tank burrowed underground to help Godzilla destroy the tower. They broke the building’s support and Godzilla was able to knock it down.

Returning to the surface, Moguera reformed again. They landed and attacked SpaceGodzilla with all weapons. Godzilla and SpaceGodzilla were engaged in close combat. Though the flow of power had stopped, SpaceGodzilla was still dangerous, though with attacks from both opponents, he didn’t know who to fight. Then when Godzilla attacked him, this time, blue electricity arched from Godzilla’s hands. It looked like Godzilla and his Intergalactic Clone were perfectly matched. Godzilla then bit down on SpaceGodzilla’s neck, and the mutant arched with blue energy. Godzilla was blocking Space Godzilla’s energy, causing it to overload. While Godzilla kept him still, Moguera fired two spiral grenade missiles at SpaceGodzilla, blowing up one of his shoulder Crystals. Godzilla was knocked away and SpaceGodzilla blew Moguera’s left arm off. Its right arm fired one last missile and destroyed the second crystal. SpaceGodzilla then skewered Moguera on its tail and threw the robot away.

Moguera was too badly damaged to fight any longer. Yuki ordered them to get to the escape pod. When they got down to the pod, he closed the door without stepping inside. He stayed inside Moguera with a bazooka. The rocket was one that was used to carry the ANEB. Instead, it was filled with blood coagulant.

“You’re the only reason I’m alive. I’m going to send you back to Hell, back where you belong. Time to die…I can’t let that SpaceGodzilla beat you now.”

Yuki climbed to an open hatch and tried to take aim at Godzilla who had gotten back up. His spines were glowing and his eyes were filled with electrical energy. However, with SpaceGodzilla in the way, he couldn’t get a good shot. The Monster King attacked SpaceGodzilla. The final fight was underway. The two Godzillas circled each other. Yuki returned to the cockpit as SpaceGodzilla attacked Godzilla.

The two jettisoned pilots tried to find Moguera. Koji then came across Miki and Chinatsu who had come because they were worried about the pilots. Kiyo found Moguera. The four had enough time to see the robot take off one last time, flying strait into SpaceGodzilla. It knocked the Space monster down before it crashed into a building. Koji went out to the wreckage and found Yuki hanging by one leg from an escape hatch. Yuki told him to get out of there and save himself saying that Godzilla was emitting energy, allowing it to be absorbed by SpaceGodzilla. Koji knew what would happen.

“When the energy overloads, SpaceGodzilla will explode.”

Yuki said that everything all the way to Bass Island would get blown up. But Koji said that he’d stay and get blown up too. He took aim at the hatch and was going to shoot Yuki down. But he had little faith in his aim. Suddenly, he heard Miki speaking to him telepathically. She said that she’d help him. If he’d focus his mind, he’d do it. However, he lowered his pistol and let Miki see things through his eyes. Using her powers, she opened the hatch, allowing Yuki to fall out and Koji to reach out and grab him.

Godzilla blasted SpaceGodzilla with his Atomic Ray. SpaceGodzilla fell over as Godzilla blasted him again. Then Godzilla’s body emitted a red energy the same as when Rodan gave him his power. Godzilla released a Super Spiral Atomic Ray at Space Godzilla. It struck the monster. The second he released burned the area around the monster as well as destroying Moguera permanently. SpaceGodzilla cried out almost apologetically. But Godzilla unleashed his third Spiral Ray unmercifully. The blast completely wiped out Space Godzilla. Or perhaps not completely as when his final roar sounded, yellow particles began to rise into the sky – similar to Biollante. Regardless, Godzilla roared in triumph over his fallen opponent.

Miki, Chinatsu and Kiyo searched the wreckage of Moguera looking for any sign of the other two pilots. As the sun began to rise, Miki saw Koji emerge from the smoke, with Yuki over his shoulder. The others found them and were relieved that they were alright. They all watched as Godzilla leave. Yuki admitted that he gave up on his personal vendetta against Godzilla, saying that he was an amazing creature after all. Miki told them that SpaceGodzilla had the same feelings as Godzilla did. It must have had them. Gondo took SpaceGodzilla as a warning, that if the atmosphere is polluted, then another Space Monster would arise. SpaceGodzilla was in fact the most powerful Monster mankind had seen so far. As Godzilla left, Miki used her telepathy to remove the Amplifier device from the back of Godzilla’s head.

They followed Godzilla down to the beach. Yuki and Chinatsu sat and watched him leave. Yuki then offered to buy Chinatsu a drink, seeing as Fukuoka was her hometown. Kiyo chased after Godzilla saying that he still had something to settle with him. Miki and Koji just watched, knowing that they’d see Godzilla again. Koji admitted that he no longer wanted to kill Godzilla. Miki told him to close his eyes. Using her powers, she showed him a vision of Bass Island. Baby had been freed from the Crystals and was now waiting for Godzilla to return. Wandering about, Baby suddenly released a stream of Atomic Spheres from his mouth in the form of a beam. It was quite cute to see. But it was also happy to see that he was alright. And now Godzilla was slowly going back to him. All was right with the world…for now. It wasn’t going to stay that way for long.

There aren’t too many notes that I can give on this one. SpaceGodzilla was created from Godzilla’s genes as Biollante was. And like Biollante, SpaceGodzilla’s remains took the form of energy particles and lifted into space. So perhaps this was a trait of Godzilla himself? And with Godzilla’s self reproducing abilities, there was a chance that SpaceGodzilla could regenerate and would eventually return.

Another interesting thing is that after it was all over, another Shobijin message came to Miki, thanking her for what she had done. They also told her that Godzilla would remember his past now. She didn’t know what they were talking about though, and before she could ask, they disappeared. It has been unknown to this day what they meant. I’ve gone to every lead that I have and they still have not revealed what they were talking about. But what they did tell me that an unforceeable circumstance prevented them from completing their plans and holding up their deal with Godzilla.

Now after Fourty Long years, the TRUE terror behind the entire Godzilla File will be revealed Next Time!

The End of All Things!

Reading this brought back up something that's always bugged me: spacegodzilla, was clearly capable of killing little Godzilla, but never did. It seemed like he was missing on purpose with the corona beam and he preferred to capture the Little guy instead of finishing him off, which destroyah would prove to be a more affective tactic to emotionally hurt Godzilla. Why?

Well - to star off;
I'm glad you're reading the series. All together, each of these Godzilla Month Dev Descriptions, create a 200 Page Book. I had so much fun writing them.

Secondly; to answer your question...Why was SpaceGodzilla there to begin with? He was there to get Godzilla; to goad him into a confrontation. And although it seemed fairly obvious that Godzilla would've fought him anyway, SpaceGodzilla probably stole little Godzilla, in order to further motivate Godzilla into a battle.

Or maybe it's all symbolic in some ways...When you think about it, SpaceGodzilla is actually more like Godzilla's Bastard Son - lost and forgotten in space, not knowing anything of his heritage. But then when he finds his Father after all these years, he comes across a replacement child, who has been given everything that should've been his. (If you want to give the Monster too much credit.)
