I think Asami and Bolin would make a better couple than Asami and Mako. Mako's good with Korra in my opinion.

In my opinion, the whole KorraxMako thing felt like an appeasement to all the Zutara fans that were disappointed at the end of the first series... Korra and Asami both deserve better.

You know, you have a fair point about the Zutara ship. I wish the creators would realize they can't please everyone all time, and instead just focus on slow, good development.

Agreed. If I can be perfectly honest and risk having things thrown at me, I found the whole final episode to be a disappointment, not only because of [spoilerSPOILERspoiler] Korra and Mako ending up together but because of a host of other things.

I think the whole "shipping" thing was a real disappointment, especially. The final episode was okay - the only thing(s) I liked were Korra going into the Avatar State and seeing Aang and all the past avatars again...

But character development and romance-wise... yeah. =.=

It was pretty fun to see Aang again, albeit briefly, but it honestly felt like Korra should have worked harder to get to the Avatar state...
