Everyone knows that Greta Garbo had blue eyes, but blue eyes are quite common. So I figured what's the point of being an artist if you can't change things up to fit your own perception. So I chose to make them green because that color is less common AND it suits her just as well in my opinion.

that is just trully amazing. sometimes when i see great art like this, it makes me doubt my own art talent. ive done some pretty incredible pieces before but im mainly just into drawing anime. and now that im perfecting my skill with coloring with a computer program i dont even think about traditional work anymore. but doing pieces like this takes alot of time and effort. and some people wonder how we artists even have the patience to do great things like this.
but then i realize, if its something you love and are trully inspired to do, it doesnt matter how long it takes honestly.
but yeah anyway, trully wonderful piece.
