Reference sheet for the Eleventh Doctor.Now that I've got them all done, I'm going to go back and work on their cutie marks. The hourglasses are fine, I'm just going to go back and make sure they're all the same size, same colors, same orientation, etc.

My absolute favorite Doctor. Yeah Ten was brilliant, yeah Four was classic, but 11 is just wonderful in every way for me. I love how loopy and heartfelt he is. "Nobody important? Blimy that's amazing. You know in 900 years of time and space, I've never met anyone who wasn't important." And then of course there's his scene at the end of "Vincent and the Doctor".
As for your pony rendition...FANTASTIC! Everything from his clothing to the rolling eye that conveys a sense of goofiness, I love it. Heck, you even got his hair perfect. I also like how you do the cutie marks, with the sand slowly running out of each one.
Only thing I might add is a fez somehow...maybe not even on his head. Maybe make the hourglass wearing a fez...just for giggles...

Here's my question; what are they going to do when the next actor to play the thirteenth Doctor leaves? Do they just flat out kill off the Doctor or somehow give him more lives?

They probably won't end the show until they've run out of ideas. If the thirteenth actor quits before then, they'll come up with a loophole.

Well, River Song did give him all her regenerations. (Unless you haven't seen that part yet, in which case, sorry for the spoiler.) It's not known exactly how many that is, but if they need to give some reason for further regerations, that's going to be it.
